Extremely frustrated with Window Nation!! From the start, there were major communication issues. My initial deposit check was lost when my sales rep left, causing delays with no proactive communication. I gave my deposit check on October 14th and I was not told about the lost check until December 1st. I placed my order in October 2025 and paid fully in January 2026, yet my project is still not complete.

A week after installation, a window actually fell out, setting off my alarm and sending police to my home, which was incredibly stressful. Since then, getting it fixed has been a nightmare with poor communication, long delays, and being told a replacement part was ordered when it wasn't. I've had to repeatedly follow up for updates instead of the company taking responsibility.

This has been a months long, stressful experience for a very expensive purchase. Despite multiple errors and ongoing issues, I've received nothing and no real resolution or compensation. I would not recommend based on my experience!!

The crew that replaced the windows was prompt, courteous and professional. The foreman kept me abreast of the window replacement schedule so that we could utilize certain areas of the house where they were not scheduled to work. Also, they cleaned up well after working in a particular area.

Window Nation did a great job from ordering through installation. The were always prompt and on time (even when I wasn't!) and were very professional. Although the installers weren't proficient in English (they were Ukranian), we found a way to communicate well (using Google translate) and things went smoothly! They finished the installation in less time than stated and showed me all the wonderful features of my new windows. I will definitely call them again if/when I need more windows replaced. Thank you!

The crew arrived on time and completed all of the work within the given time frame. They explained what they did along the way and what they had to replace. They even fixed my front door so it opened properly.

For my original install, a much smaller window was delivered instead of what was needed. I was told by the installers that the right one was likely back at the warehouse and could probably be installed in a week. A balancer also broke when I attempted to clean one of the windows that did get installed. No one from the office reached out to perform any kind of customer service (apologize, set an install date for the correct window), and multiple phone calls weren’t returned. When I was able to get through, it was to an operator who wasn’t able to give me any kind of real information. Ultimately, it appears the wrong window had in fact been ordered, so I had to wait another six weeks to get it installed. I was told that the installers would take a look at the broken balancer and fix it the same day, but they didn’t have the piece to do so, even though I had sent a picture of it to them previously. During this period, the only time I was reached out to was when the window was received and they were ready to schedule the install. I tried to get a hold of customer service several times but without success. I still haven’t heard anything about the broken piece since an auto-message about 3 weeks ago.
The install was otherwise generally fine, and I understand that sometimes mistakes happen. Usually when they do though, a company will make sure they’re working to make it right as quickly and painlessly as possible, maybe take something off the cost, and certainly keep the customer up to date on how things are coming along. Nothing like that happened here. It’s as if there’s no customer service department at all. Hard to imagine from a larger company like Window Nation, but here we are. Very disappointing to say the least.

My windows are installed in cold weather, but what a difference. My home is warmer and we reduced our heat by 5 degrees. Awesome! The installation team lead by Carlos Silva and the team of 6 were absolutely incredible. I’ve never had an installation or any work done on my property as professional, courteous, detailed and high quality like the Silva Team provided. I would like them to return to install the small window for my bathroom once it’s produced. I want them. Also, I’d highly recommend them for as many projects as you can. They were absolutely outstanding. I’m considering replacing doors and Ud work with you and request them to install. Depute the 1 window issue, I’m incredibly happy and impressed! I’m glad to complete a review for Window Nation. I’ll keep the lawn sign up for as long as it lasts. Highly recommend! Custom windows that are high quality and great installation! Thanks!
