Difficult to schedule but product looks good
They were timely and fast. Windows look great.
Stickers were left on windows which left us homeowners with work to do. We were told they would repair screens from previous installation which was not done. Not a lot of flexibility with scheduling

The timing of install and communication…
The timing of install and communication from window works was great and i really liked the install crew however the stickers on my windows left a ton of residue and i had to use goo gone and SCRUB it off the windows.

Well windows were scheduld for April…
Well windows were schedule for April 2025 . But got pushed off because of wrong measurements so only 7 out of 14 were put in . That’s right the 7 other windows were to small ! What a joke ! So here’s August 2025 for the other 7 to be put in. This company has a complete failure in communication. Oh and they summit the completion of the job to the financial department for payment by forging my. Name before completion. I filed a formal complaint. Also Steve jones is a complete fail of a terminal manager .

There was good communication with the office from the time we originally placed our order to the installation date. Dissappointed
Not satisfied with product all together.Front window screens does not fit as they should, I have to adjust them every day. Not sure if they are too short or what. So flimsy. Im not happy.

Be very cautious of the installation team I had was very poor
Very poor install waiting on parts for broken window pieces discovered today after a heavy rain that one of the windows is starting to leak overall I am not happy. I cannot recommend your company to anyone. I’ve been holding off on writing this review, but someone needs to get a hold of me.

The guys that came to my house were excellent at installing and keeping everything nice and clean while doing their job, no mess left behind and all the windows and door that they install are working great.
