The entire experience was easy and professional. Everyone who came to our house was polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

The installation was good but they told me that one of the windows is broken and they said someone from window nation would be in contact with me about the broken window but I haven't heard anything from anyone I called and talked with a woman about the problem and still haven't heard back from anyone this is unacceptable

They arrived on time, got right to work, knew what needed to be done and did it. One slight issue was the language barrier. However, the one guy and I were able to communicate .... ask a question and get an answer ....

The windows and door look like very good quality. Only on of the installers could speak English and not very good had a hard time communicating. They didn’t clean the windows or storm door after install, they used spray foam insulation and left gaps in different spots attention to detail was lacking. Sales person told me they would install my keyless door handle and they refused, screw holes holding the window in had no plugs, would have thought they should have maybe not. Not happy with the storm door it almost covers the top window grills on the main door was hoping it to be centered more, it looks a little odd. I ask the one installer who could speak English to save the old windows and door so I could reuse them and he didn’t communicate that to the other 2 installers. I was hoping a customer service representative from window nation would have called and asked if we were happy with our project but that didn’t happen.

Arrived within time frame given. Finished the job in timely manner. Made sure all was clean afterwards.

Window Nation got us on the schedule as early as they could. The process of replacing four windows was quick and everything looked great right away.

During this entire project,Mr. Lombardi has remained professional and supportive of the scope of this project. The project is completed as originally contracted. Respect and appreciation for the project team!!

Installers were not as advertised ( little experience) showed up in unmarked pickup truck leading me to believe they were not full time Window Nation installers. 1 out of 4 had on Window Nation attire!

Our order came in and was missing a window that was apparently the wrong color. Our install was October 8th and the window that was missing is in front of the house. We also had a screen that had holes in it. When I asked when the window was coming in he said Nov 24. This is unacceptable and he said he knew nothing about the screen when I asked everyone to write it down. So still waiting

I will start by saying this review does NOT reflect on the work done by Brandon. That was excellent. However, the service department and their inability to get anyone out for trim, and their complete lack of communication is appalling. Initial install was on 9/5. Service ticket was placed then for the trim. 9/19 a tech was sent out without the materials to do the job. There was no communication from that point forward. I reached out numerous times to the service department via email with no response. I finally decided to reach back out to my sales rep who then was able to get it scheduled. The trim install was yesterday 10/16.

Very knowledgeable and the installers knocked out the project in 1 day.

Today I had my kitchen window installed.Bob and his grandson were friendly and polite. Everything went smoothly, they were on time, they cleaned up everything perfectly and because of my arm being in a sling Bob put curtains and furniture back in place. Kimberly Petty was equally great. She was very prompt with answering my concerns and very friendly. She also was very understanding about my credit card situation as it was compromised during the whole process.
I’m giving window nation a gold star for the day. Oh, also Max Glassford my sales rep was great as well. I had a concern and he answered it promptly. Thank you all again for great customer service. 🌺❤️😊⭐️

Informative, fast and friendly. Knew what they were doing.

Installers were amazing, clean and shockingly quiet in their work. Communication was easy and simple.

Window install looks great, the only thing I don't like is that the interior and exterior of our windows is white, what we ordered, but the inner seal between the glass panes is black. It really ruins the look from the inside and I don't feel like it was communicated to us anywhere that it would be black, or if we had a choice. Would have been nice to know as it may have been enough of a reason for me to consider other jobs. But, good, quick, clean install.

Warren arrived early and was able to repair/replace my sliding glass door handle quickly. He adjusted another area I had a concern about and was on his way...took no time at all and I am very satisfied with the experience!

The installers worked their butts off all day. When the job was finished the windows looked amazing.
