I loved the entire experience with using Window Nation. Our sales rep Brandon Schwed was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the best window for our house. The installation team was excellent and did an amazing job. They were respectful and treated our home with the utmost care.

We had 4 windows and a storm door installed. The windows were perfect and as expected.
The door is very nice, but has a few small issues.
1. Top sash doesn't pull down easily without nearly removing the bottom one.
2. When the bottom sash is actually raised, it has a bit of a sloppy fit.

That being said, a service order was opened the same day as the installation, so we are hopeful that these issues will be resolved quickly .

The crew that did my windows was very nice and efficient. The windows look really good.

The installer did a great job. He did it all by himself.I have a big window in the front. It was hot that day. I mean hot like 90 something .
He did a fantastic job.
But he forgot to put the screw hole covers on, which could happen. You know it happens. I text Window Nation and they had somebody out here real fast and it was fixed so overall I’m very satisfied with everything that was done. Thank you so much.

They made sure everything is done right and looks great they get right to work and do it fast and well

The reason I only give three stars is because not once but twice they brought the wrong color windows to install so ended up dragging out way longer than expected… The technicians were very nice and actually the people that work for the company are very nice and did make it good on their end for the Issues. We just love to have an experience though that goes smooth with no issues… Happy with the window so far.

Get a new vendor for your windows and screens. I had eight windows installed in January. Two of the windows came with screens missing. So you ordered again. For seven months every time they called to say the new screens are in and they brought the new screens to install they were the wrong size or wrong color. That happened over the course of seven months 6 to 7 times. They said they will expedite it and it still took 4 weeks every time. Last week, the installer came with my new screens. Again, wrong size. He took them back and shortened the height so they fit. He brought them back last week. I like my windows but this really made you look bad.

They were fast on install Provedid updates regularly from start of order to install .Everyone involved from sales rep to office to installers were friendly and thorough

Window Nation has done a good job from the quote to the install,everyone I have interacted with has-been on top of there game. Courteous, knowledgeable and the installation crew was on time,professional and even stuck it out through some late showers,even on a Sunday. They cleaned as they worked,very good job.

Work was done on time and end result was great. Sales representative and installer were knowledgable.

The sales representative who came to our house did an outstanding job. We decided on the spot to contract with Window Nation for our window replacement. The installers were professional and very efficient. We are very pleased with our new windows

Hard working great employees. The windows are amazing. Dollars well spent. Next year I will do my second floor.
