Horrible experience with customer support job was not finished to satisfaction and the screen door is not the proper fit and they were unprofessional and unacceptable

Louis and his co worker were very professional They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up everything after they finished. My windows so pretty I don’t want to put up curtains. LOL YES 5 stars. I would recommend

Installers were on time. They had to take down some hardware way above my head very high along the wall - too high for me to do myself - and replace it after the windows were installed. I really appreciate their generosity is doing that for me. They also made sure there were no smudges on the glass after installation and cleaned up the windows that I saw still had some smudges. I really appreciated their generosity patience they demonstrated as we identified then eliminated those smudges!

They did not leave any mess inside the house or outside the house , as they spent time to leave the area cleaner then when they showed up!!

I am very pleased with the windows. My sales representative, Tia, told me she was brought in from another state to assist during a busy sales time. She was pleasant, very knowledgeable of the product, and very prompt to respond during the sales negotiations. Since my initial interaction with her there have been multiple issues with communication within the company. After I signed my contract, I received multiple emails from another representative stating I needed to sign the contract. When I attempted to contact that individual, emails were never answered. When I reached via phone, communications with customer service were difficult as it was very difficult to understand the phone representative. Multiple calls were answered by individuals with very strong accents and difficult to understand. I needed to have them spell out their responses. Phone messages left with customer service were unanswered. After a few days, I got a call from my sales representative who had moved on to another state. She informed me I needed to reach out to her for communications. I was told from a family member that communication within this company was very poor and concerns post installation go unanswered. The instal process was done on a rainy day. The crew was friendly, but I believe only 1 individual spoke English. While rearranging my house after instal, I found trash in a couple rooms and cut my foot on a piece of metal on my living room floor. The shutter plugs sent with the job were not the color of my shutters. My house was without shutters for 2 weeks. When the windows were installed, Edwin stated he was done and needed complete payment before he could leave. I needed to contact John Bolinni, the project manager, to let him know I would not submit final payment until the project was complete and my shutters were replaced. He told me to pay 80% of the final installment which I did. I have made my final payment but am concerned about my warranty in case I have issues to be addressed in the future. Very difficult to get in contact with individuals at this company. Who should I contact in the future for issues? Please respond.

Initially there were challenges with the installation. However, the final product looks really good. The installers were professional and courteous.

Window nation did the best job on our new window install. They were very thorough and communicative thru the entire process. The gentleman who came to install were on time and did a great job making sure the areas were cleaner than when they got there. We are very happy and will gladly recommend Window Nation to all of our friend and family!! ❤️

Window install was perfect with a courteous and professional crew. However, the sales pitch at time of estimate was upsetting and frustrating. We were told quote was only good at that time, therefore no time to compare prices. We felt pressured and hate that Window Nation uses this sales tactic. Guess they have to have the upper hand. Be prepared when a salesman comes to your home!

The installers were very nice and got to work right away. The job they did is beautiful. I am very happy with my new windows.
