Very frustrating
Placed a warranty claim on one of our windows that the glass had cracked. Of course I had to pay $150 up front for labor. Then I had to keep calling as I received no response from WN. So then the tech shows up at our house but without the replacement glass. To make matters worse, once the tech got the replacement glass, it cracked as well. So now I will have to wait another 6+ weeks. Horrible customer service!!!

The father and son did very knowledgeable of the work they were doing, they answered all my questions and was very polite. I'm very nice and they were on time and they cleaned up everything, I would recommend window nation to anybody

Window Nation was great with the installation and the clean up! The guys did excellent in putting the windows in and installing all the trimming, caulking etc... They also cleaned all the windows when the they were complete and swept everything inside and out..the windows are beautiful. I love them!!!

Quality Personnel and Product
The installers were prompt and efficient, left the site clean, and made the service repairs to damaged screens from manufacturer defect and shipping damage at the time of install. The windows made immediate noticeable improvements to the house's heat envelope.

Fantastic service great product
From Sale to the service was all great, the installers were fantastic, friendly and very professional. They explained everything they were doing and showed us after the install all the features of our windows.

Klaudia, sales rep, was very knowledgeable and helped to meet our needs. She was understanding and listened to our concerns. When we called her about a concern she called us back in a timely manner.
The installment happened well before the date we expected. The installers came and completed the job in a timely manner even finishing up almost an hour earlier than projected.

The installation of my new windows was…
The installation of my new windows was very successful. The two men who came to install the windows were on-time, professional and respectful of my property. They used dust cloths and plastic to protect my furniture, rugs etc. They cleaned the windows after the job was completed and they vacuumed almost my entire house. I love the new windows and they made the process painless!!

Great experience all around, from the first consultation to installation. Stress free experience. Installers were friendly, informative, and did a great job putting in the windows and cleaning up afterwards. I will consider Window Nation in the future when I need to replace the other windows in my home.
