I believe my Windrider makes my seat cooler in this hot weather (hard to be sure). I'm waiting for cold weather to see if it makes my seat seem warmer. I CAN say that my seat doesn't slide around the way it did without the Windrider, and I'm pleased by that.

The seat cover did not fit and can't be modified to fit. Customer service is completely automated and terrible. No phone number is available to speak to a live person.

Took 3 requests over a period of 2 weeks to finally get information on returning the seat cover. Still waiting for the credit to my card! I was concerned that the stiffness of the seat cover would scratch the paint on my tank.

Just finished a 2,800 mile ride. I am extremely impressed. Ordered one for me and one for a friend. Both of us love them. Our days were far more comfortable.

Disliked the amount of time it took to get the product.

I ordered a 1pc seat cover for a Kawasaki Ninja and was sent 2pcs for a much larger bike. I emailed the issue to your company and was sent fit tips. I emailed several times explaining I was sent the wrong item and continued to to get fit tips instead of real help. When I refused the fit tips I was finally given an address to send it back to, at my cost. Your lack of customer service cost me $20 in shipping. I would not recommend your company based solely on your lack of true communication and customer sevice.

This thing is a God send! I have tail bone problems and this thing made it so much more comfortable to ride! The airflow is awesome and you don’t end up with swamp a$$. If you don’t buy this your crazy because it’s awesome and I now know more then 25 people that have bought it and swear by it! You won’t be disappointed!

It is NOT a custom made size that fits the R1300RT rider seat. It is an oval that bunches up under the seating area causing the seat ti be very hard to snap down. I kept it, but I wish I would have returned the order.

Poorly designed product. Horrible customer service, constant runaround, and then no communication, no return authorization… Had to dispute the charge because they stopped responding to me about returning the product.

I should’ve done more research and read reviews before ordering -hopefully other people will not have to go through what I did if they’re reading this.

Awesome seat cover, really works, was a bugger to fit had to really stretch it but once it's on it doesn't slide or move.

Too thick for the front and back seat to snap back into place. The front seat scallop was not cut deep enough to stretch and fit correctly. There was no help to help with the fit or coordinate a return of the seat covers. So I don’t know how they ride or feel to sit on them

I recently purchased a KTM 1290 Adventure and it's really hot. Windrider got me the seat cover before I went on a trip to the Black Hills of South Dakota and it made the trip tolerable. The cover also fit perfect. Thanks guys!

Overall it was very easy to put on. I would say the hardest part was seeing where the hole is for my backrest. I put the seat on but couldn’t see where to poke the holes. I took it back off and used screwdrivers to poke the holes originally so I knew where to cut. Harley seats are a pain with the screw at the back. Anyways, after cutting I used a lighter to burn the edges as suggested so it won’t fray. So far so good. I also have the one for the backrest and my back doesn’t get as hot and sweaty

Installed very easily me and my wife have been using this cover for about a month and we love it. Very cool convertible and keeps our bike seat from getting worn

windrider seat broke during installation. asking for refund or replacement.

i have to ship to a location at my cost to get a replacement.

No live or real customer service, product design sucked & were non specific for bike, product doesn't fit correctly, had to be modified to fit!! unable to reassemble the bike due to faulty design. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR THE COMPANY TO ANYONE !!

I received my Windrider Seat Cover timely and am overall pleased with the quality of the cover. I have had similar covers but Windrider is of a thicker material and the band on the bottom of the cover is very heavy duty. Purchased for a Honda st1100. Fit was very tight as I have an aftermarket seat. Took time to get it over the all edges of the seat pan. It is comfortable and does allow airflow between the seat and your pants. It is a well made product.

I tried following instructions for the installation onto my motorcycle seat and my rear seat. The front seat seemed to be a little bit short the backseat way too much material. Had a tough time trying to get it to fit. I eventually tried to get a refund, but I got tired of dealing with the company texting back-and-forth and back-and-forth. So I gave up and I just figured well. I’m putting it on the bike as best as I can and I haven’t had a chance to ride the bike yet to get a feel for it. But having said this, I spoke to some of my friends that have used it on their bikes, and they speak very highly of the product. That is the reason why I decided to go with it. But unfortunately, like many things that you buy online trying to get help trying to get them to understand your problem even when you send them pictures you get nowhere. They offered me a refund, but it’s a pain in the butt trying to get it all put back together into a bag and get it sent so I just gave up. It is on the bike. I have yet to ride.😳
