Absolutely shocking customer service. Wrong item sent which did not fit motorcycle seat. After 8 weeks finally got a refund via PayPal for the incorrect goods they sent. However, be very aware that in order to obtain the refund goods had to be sent back to the USA at my expense, which was in excess of £30!!! No contribution by seller despite sending incorrect goods. Seller also stated I couldn’t have a refund whilst I had initiated a complaint via PayPal, the complaint had to be withdrawn in order to get a refund. I assume had I done that it I would have had no chance of a refund. Definitely a company to be avoided.

Absolutely love the seat cover it works to keep ya cool on your back side. Only one design flaw IMO. Cover applies quickly, easily, however when replacing the actual seat back on my bike is super difficult due to cover and strap design to get the seat affixed back on the bike. Maybe a "Y" strap at both ends on the cover (front and back underneath) to allow for proper seat install would work better as a design? Performance of the actual cover is fantastic.

Cover looks great, had some effort to lock the seat back in place due to shape at the front around the tank on cb900 Hornet.

Cover DOESNT GIT SEAT VERY WELK HAD TO TIE IT TOGETHER WITH CORD TO HOLD IT ON VERY VERY HARD TO FIT. NOT MADE FOR SEAT. JUST BULK NADE

This cover will not work on my 2026 Street Glide 3. It covers the hole in the front of the seat that is required for the bracket on rear of gas tank to hold seat on bike.

I noticed this seat cover on a HD. Checked it out took a picture of the Wind ride label. Also got to ask the owner about the cover. Yes I have to get. Got home went to the windrider.com. Great site check out the covers I need. Ordered 1 Harley/1 Indian cover. Shipping was fast. Installation is easy. Yes it gets very hot here in AZ. Riding is awesome no more wet bottom and yes you feel the airflow.

Ordering was easy, they shipped the seat cover very fast and installation was easy. The seat cover definitely helped with comfort, it seems to be made quite well and has shown no signs of wearing or marks/scuffs. It does seem to be a bit slippery (maybe I was just used to being stuck to the seat??) but I don’t think that is necessarily a bad thing, it means that your pants don’t grab the seat and pinch things that don’t like to be pinched. Definitely worth a shot.

Had questions about the fit. Company was very responsive and helpful in recommending the correct cover for my setup. Easy installation and great quality. Can really feel the airflow!

The wind rider seat cover and backrest cover installation is almost like air conditioning for your back and bottom. Can really feel the air go through underneath you. I would highly recommend this product.

Doesn't fit and is a waste of time and money. I have been trying to return this product for the last 7 weeks - received on 3rd June, first requested to return on the 9th June then it's been back and forth on email with their customer service team insisting that it should fit, refusing to provide details on how I can return it and sending the same generic instructions when I've repeatedly said I just want to return, as apparently should be possible according to their T&Cs. Extremely frustrating - their 30 days returns is a scam and I believe their approach is to try and wear you down so you give up. Will not recommend this product or company unless your happy to write of £70 on the good chance it doesn't fit your bike.

Honestly, I've been looking to get Windeider seatcover for awhile. I finally decided I'd treat myself for my birthday. I haven't yet been out on a long haul yet, but I've been out and about in the heat and I'll say I was pleasantly surprised by the fact thst my keester was dry and I was a happy gal. HBD to me!! I had been concerned it might raise me up to alter my getting my kickstand up or issues when I need to get my feet down. I haven't had any issues. Buy it.

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks after ordering and paying...no delivery and no contact...

I ordered the cover for my ultra limited. Then brought it to Maryland to ride my brothers street glide on an adventure with sister.we rode almost 3000 miles. Cover it super comfortable. No once did I have a soggy bottom after a days riding. The others In group certainly did.
The cover adds about 1/2 to 1 inch to the seat height. But no problem
Brother now wants one.
Love it. Thought when I felt the cover it would be uncomfortable. But it definitely is not.
Just needed them to add the hold for back rest.

I have the Windrider seat covers on both of my Harley’s. They are great to have on hot temperature months or to cool off your rear end from engine heat.
I highly recommend the Windrider seat covers to anyone who struggles with a sweaty soaked rear from riding on hot days. It’s incredibly helpful!!! (|).

The product itself is NOT fitted for any specific bike. It comes in a size that may be able to be stretched or strapped to approximately fit your specific application. For the suzuki GSX-S1000GT (2026, but same for several years now) it doesnt fit aro8 d the seat bolt down tab or the "horns" at the front of the seat particularly well. Advice from customer service was sort of helpful, but they are clearly geared toward preventing any sort of of return/refund. My specific request for a refund was ignored and replied to with additional generic fitment advice repeatedly. I eventually gave up and modified the cover to fit my seat sort of ok. It DOES keep me less sweaty and so.ewhat cooler in the 99⁰ temps here in St. Louis, MO right now, but the fit is baggy and required modification to install in an operable way. I really wish someone would tailor these to the intended bike seat rather than rely on stretch and straps. The super cheap ali express version actually fits better, but the material is sub par. No way to fully win here. I have given up on a return and moved on to modification.

I think its worth every dollars ,it is comfortable you have to try to understand!!!!
