I have been waiting now for 24hours to be phoned back regarding a problem with one of our machines. This is not unusual, and very frustrating when it's yet another thing to remember to chase up!

Cannot fault their service.
We used Windsor Mat. for the first time earlier this year for a service and thorough examination of our FLT, both were completed when advised and without any problems, prices were very competitive too, will be using again for sure.
