Shipping was quick, flags all needed batteries
Shipping was quick. Ordered 25 flags and half of the flags didn’t work and needed new batteries. Three of the flags didn’t work even with new batteries. I am glad I checked them before giving them out or there would have been disappointed kids at the party!

Wonderful experience! Due to an error on my end, I needed to contact customer service. Someone answered immediately, understood the situation, and resolved it right away. The issue was handled by a knowledgeable representative who provided personalized assistance rather than simply reading from a script. Everything was sorted out in less than three minutes!
This level of responsiveness and customer service is truly impressive. I’ll definitely be ordering from this company again moving forward!

novelty inflates are measure center north pole to center south pole. they are 46 inch when measure in the appropriate manner. you are more then welcome to return them however for a full refund
