Product is great. Delivery service via the UPS was and has been problematic. They are inflexible in delivery, charge for changing the delivery window and post unreliable time frames for the delivery.

Reliable with good selection and quality
so far, they have had a good selection of lines which show up in good condition. With wine.com I have not always received wine in good condition.

Decent and well protected
Aside from comical communication errors, I was just glad they were able to get what I was looking for. Had to wait awhile for it all to be put together, but once they had my full order it was shipped and delivered promptly.
I do have to ask though, at checkout it says if you want updates on the order, to use a specific app, which wasn't updating the status of the order. So what is the point of an external 3rd party, that doesn't keep up with in house? But that's my view.
Product arrived undamaged, good quality, and plan to order more in the future.

Fast and safe delivery
They delivered the product fast and in a very protective fashion, so all the bottles arrived intact. I had ordered the same product from another company and they kept giving me excuses and no real timeframe for delivery. From now on I will always order Pisco from Wine Chateau.
