Wine not delivered - No contact
Wine not delivered. No correspondence.
Phone number does not work. Extremely disappointed as the wine was bought for a wedding anniversary and did not arrive. It was expensive wine. Not sure how to get my money back as they do not respond to correspondence.

I ordered wine for my 74th birthday and it didn’t arrive. I contacted Ivan who told me that the wine had been wrongly listed and a refund would be sent. The wine was still shown on the website at £45 for the next few days as available! I was sent T&C’s but no apology. I will not use this company ever again. Likewise my son had the same issue…..disappointing!

Not trustworthy
I ordered a batch of relatively good wines that were on offer (through Vivino), but this merchant delivered a cheap alternative without any consultation or approval (after having been paid in full), and badly packaged. Other bottles were not delivered at all. Really not trustworthy.

A very good selection of some top top wines at reasonable prices, the wines I purchased were actually a better price here than anywhere else. Very easy to place order online and I was kept informed on the progress of the order

Response to order was good
Response to order was good. However, check the shipping costs as, if coming from mainland Europe, it can be £25.00.
