Winged Boots Opiniões

Booked my holiday with Dean, nothing was too much trouble, he always kept in contact to change the dates throughout Covid, always on hand to answer my questions. Nothing was too much trouble.

Neil provided amazing service when we booked our honeymoon! He offered the best deals and even when he was on annual leave- he made sure his manager booked the perfect honeymoon for us!

I would definitely recommend this company due to the great customer service offered!

I had to cancel a holiday previously due to the pandemic via Ocean Florida and received a credit note. I decided to book a European break instead (cheaper than the US and nearer for my location) via their sister company, Winged Boots.

I had a flawless experience booking my Cyprus trip through Winged Boots with Matt as my travel rep. Matt was quick in his responses to me, clear in his communication, friendly and very helpful. I was given the flexibility to look also for myself at what was available (I'm very picky) and he booked it for me at a great price.

I would happily book through this company again!

Neil was a great help when booking a short break away, no question seems too much trouble and he provided us with a number of options to ensure we found the best deal.

We have booked a 4 day trip to New York and we couldn't be happier with the customer service offered by Neil who looked after us. He took us through all the options to us and was a huge help in making our decision due to his experience as he has been to New York several times. Neil has even offered for us to call him nearer the time to go through places to visit and the best ways to get there, fantastic service and we are very grateful to Neil.

Had to put my holiday on hold for 2years with ocean florida and as circumstances had changed was unable to journey to America. We were directed to Winged Boots by Ocean Florida and were lucky enough to be looked after by Neil who was able to find us a cruise in the Med instead and redeemed our voucher without any problems at all .He was a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend the company . Roll on July !

I had a lovely experience with Winged Boots. Neil was super helpful in organising my trip. He was able to provide many options and done so with speed!

We spoke to Neil about our desire to go on holiday. He talked us through our chosen destination and numerous flights to suit our travel needs and also recommend the best accommodation. He sent us up to date on the progress of our booking and was friendly and polite through out.

Fantastic service throughout the whole process, I had to make a few amendments to my booking due to personal issues at home and Neil was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Service.
Nothing is too much trouble. Dealt with Louise Silverman who really knew her stuff. Always got back to my when she said she would, overall a really pain free process.
Great price and now all i need to do is look forward to my holiday. 100% recommend to anyone who enjoys being treated like a actual human being,

Great service by the agent, Neil Henderson, who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about Mauritius and has stayed or visited many of the hotels. A seamless service from start to finish

Fantastic service received from Neil , will use again!

Neil was very courteous and professional. He gave us excellent information and was extremely helpful and fast in answering our questions and giving us quotations. He was patient and approachable treating us with great respect. I honestly can’t give enough praise to Neil I felt more like I was talking to a good friend than a travel salesperson. So a huge Thank you Neil for your help in choosing our holiday you were brilliant.

We dealt with Matt, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We booked our honeymoon to Bali after initially looking at looking the Maldives but changing our minds due to weather at the time we wanted to go, Matt provided us with atleast 6 different quotes and was quick every time. If you're looking to book a holiday you will be in good hands with Winged Boots :) thank you again.

Me and my partner were looking to book a once in a lifetime holiday to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and stumbled across Winged Boots where we were contacted by Neil. Neil provided us with friendly, patient and thorough service, he was happy to answer endless questions and went out of his way to give us as much information as he could. The service was amazing, I couldn't recommend more highly and I really look forward to speaking with Neil as our holiday approaches! Thank you so much.

Neil was so very knowledgeable in every aspect of our holiday requirements.
He took time and found us the perfect holiday.
Would highly recommend Neil and winged boots . Thank you Neil

Neil Henderson was very helpful and gave me a variety of quotes to choose from in quick time.

Michelle helped us book our holiday. We had particular needs and wants as to flights and hotel accommodation. Michelle ticked every box! Brilliant service from Winged Boots... more holidays coming your way

I have used their sister company Ocean Florida before and had booked another Florida holiday that was disrupted by Covid. In the end we decided to move the holiday to Europe so got a credit note which we could use at Winged boots. Both companies couldn't have been easier to deal with. My agent at Winged Boots, Neil Henderson helped me with my booking and looked into a variety of options for me. Very pleased and happy to use again

We dealt with a few travel agents before speaking with Neil at Winged Boots. We were ready to book our honeymoon and knew exactly what we wanted. Neil was more than happy to provide us with various quotes for different types of accommodations. Other travel agents that we dealt with made it seem like it was a chore and had no interest in doing this. He was extremely quick in getting back to us which helped a lot as we did not have much time to book. Neil was understanding of our situation and made it an all round enjoyable experience booking our honeymoon. I would highly recommend dealing with Winged Boots. The best thing about the whole experience was that Neil was able to provide us with a fantastic quote which beat every other agent I spoke with!
