WARNING: This casino is part of a group with a documented history of illegal operations in the Netherlands

Wingerd operates under the same corporate group as LuckyGem, Betspino, JustBit, WinHero and Zumo , all connected through Sapphire Summit / registration number 3-102-903325 SRL, incorporated in Costa Rica.
Why this matters:
The Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) — the Dutch gambling authority — has previously taken formal enforcement action against Betspino, another casino within this same group, for illegally targeting Dutch consumers. Following this enforcement action, Betspino dissolved its company registration. This is a well-documented pattern: operate illegally, receive sanctions, rebrand under a new casino name.
What I personally experienced at LuckyGem (same group):
• Deposits were accepted immediately and without restrictions
• Multiple withdrawal attempts failed repeatedly
• When I finally received an explanation, it came weeks later and was inconsistent with what I had been told previously
• My complaint was closed without resolution
• My Trustpilot review was flagged for removal — it was reinstated with a verified badge
The bigger picture:
Across all casinos in this group, the same pattern emerges:
• Vague and generic positive reviews that appear inauthentic
• Serious complaints about blocked withdrawals
• Players being ignored for months
• Dutch players discovering too late that these casinos operate without a KSA licence
I have filed formal complaints with the KSA, and I am currently in contact with this casino group’s payment provider regarding compliance concerns. I am also registering with a legal organisation that specialises in collective proceedings against illegal casino operators.
My advice:
If you are a Dutch player, do not deposit at any casino within this group. You have no consumer protection and withdrawing your funds may prove impossible.
I will update this review if the situation is resolved.

Vanaf september 2025 na 150 mails geweest was mij account eindelijk in februari 2026 gesloten. Zonder in overleg hebben ze op 31 maart mij account heropend. Heb dit gelijk aangeven bij ze dat ze per direct moeten sluiten. Zo we gaan weer op nieuw begin met mailen. Wat is dat toch met die buitenlandse sites.

Update:
4 meiner 6 Auszahlungen wurden bereits ausgezahlt.
Die anderen beiden werden höchstwahrscheinlich diese Woche auch erstattet :)
daher auf 5 Sterne gehoben

Auch spät in der Nacht um 23 Uhr live erreichbar.
Habe gebeten meine Auszahlung in Höhe von 850€ zu beschleunigen, der seit dem 29.3. wartet.
Mir wurde gesagt, dass sie die finanzabteilung informiert haben diese zu beschleunigen.
Ich warte jetzt noch auf andere große Auszahlungen.
Dieses sollen innerhalb der nächsten beiden Werktage erfolgen.
Darauf bin ich gespannt.
Wenn diese reibungslos läuft, werde ich auf 5 Sterne setzen, denn dann kann man nichts bemängeln

Scam

Als sogennates VIP Mitglied wartet man über eine Woche auf die Auszahlung und das auch nur weil man eine Email an den Support schreibt warum die Auszahlung noch nicht durchgeführt wurde.
Ironischerweise wirbt man damit, dass Auszahlung innerhalb 48 Stunden durchgeführt werden, was definitiv NICHT der Fall ist. Man muss seinem Geld hinterher rennen

Ich bin's schon wieder

Ich bin's schon wieder, fals noch jemand mein Fall verfolgt, ich bin noch nicht weiter. Der Kontakt läuft schleppend, man wartet mehr als 1 Woche auf eine Antwort von winhero. Die kümmern sich ein schit um Kundenservice. Angeblich können die mein Geld nur über Krypto zurück überweisen was ja OK ist. Aber das funktioniert auch nicht da sie keine rechtserkennung haben. Die haben mir 11.55€ versucht als Testüberweisung aber es funktioniert nicht! Verstehe nicht das man per Banküberweisung einzahlen kann aber die es nicht hinbekommen auf den gleichen Weg zurück zu überweisen.

Scammers!

I wrote a bad review on Trustpilot Febuary 10th which said :
First few withdrawals got approved but I kinda had to beg for my money everytime and it took forever.
Meanwhile the "WinHero Verification Department" kept asking for more and more documents for verification and I just sent it (I know ~ stupid).
But when they asked for something which is not allowed in my country I began to ask them questions and they went dead silent. I have written them several times the last 1.5 months and still no answer.
I have written the support several times too and everytime they say, they will resent my request to the "WinHero Verification Department" but still nothing.
So my conclusion : stay away. They are just scammers! who "buy" our identities!

The "WinHero Casino Team" told me to write the "WinHero Support Team" directly so this case could be solved as quickly as possible. I wrote but they do not answer neither!
So I maintain my conclusion : They are scammers! Do not play on their site.

We would like to clarify that the request for a notarised copy of your passport was made as part of our enhanced verification procedure. These additional checks are sometimes required to complete the KYC process and ensure the security of both the player and the platform.

Regarding your concern, obtaining a notarised copy of a passport is not illegal in Denmark. Such certified copies can be issued by a notary public (for example at a district court) and are commonly used for identification and verification procedures.

At the moment, your verification cannot be completed without the requested document. Once the notarised passport copy is provided, our Verification Department will be able to proceed with your case and finalize the review.

They do not close your account when asked

When asking to close your account due to gambling addiction they ignore you and don’t do it. This is of course illegal. I am now in talks with a lawyer specialized in illegal practices of online casinos.

PS. I have emailed multiple times to close my account, I have contacted my “vip manager” however none of this works. My account is still open.

Do not play here!

*Update friday 13th 2026* I have send multiple emails asking for account closure, yet my account is still open.

*Update 12th of march 2026* They have not responded to my emails or contacted me and my account is still open! These people are trash.
