Worst ever. Scammers. Never again.

I deposited money but was then told my account was going to be closed. They confirmed they would refund the full amount£605 euro as a gesture of goodwill within 14 days and they confirmed this in writing.

I’m now on day 21 and NO money has reached my account even though I confirmed my full IBAN details with them.

My advice. Do NOT use them as they are clearly scam artists who simply and unlawfully keep your money for no reason. I am still chasing the refund but contacting them is an utter nightmare and they keep fobbing me off.
Stay well clear and don’t waste your money

The casino claims that I played with a sports bonus at the casino and therefore broke their rules. I deposited €50 and apparently automatically received a sports bonus even though I was in the casino. When I received the bonus, it just said "welcome bonus". When I requested my payout, it was denied on the grounds that I had violated their bonus rules and played with a sports bonus on their casino games. This was not done deliberately in any way.

I have seen that others have been subjected to similar treatment. I first made a withdrawal of 301 euros, which I then withdrew, and managed to increase my winnings to 601 euros.
The bonus I received was called "daily reward" up to €1,000, and nowhere did it say that it was locked to sports betting. As many others have said, beware of Winzter Casino. You are guaranteed to get ripped off unless you just want to gamble away your money.

After playing a lot of online casinos I can safely say this has to be the worst. What ever you do do not play here it’s sure to take your money and nothing more. The games don’t play like anything I have ever experienced. Save your money play elsewhere

I requested a withdrawal on Sunday evening. My account was successfully verified (KYC checks) on Monday afternoon after I sent in numerous documents to facilitate this. I was reassured over live chat that my withdrawal would be processed within 36 hours of my account being verified. Over 48 hours since KYC checks were complete has now passed and there is no sign of my withdrawal. Different members of staff via live chat are telling me different things - they appear to be making it up as they go along. I am concerned that this may be a scam and if this is not resolved by tomorrow I will be contacting my bank to advise if this also. Please be aware of this before depositing! If/When my withdrawal is received, I will update my review accordingly.

Update 15/05: As a consequence of raising a complaint with Winstler, my account has been blocked and I have been if informed that I am “blacklisted”. They really will go to all efforts to evade having to pay my withdrawal!

Absolute scam, in total I deposited over 50k euros in winstler, I had made some withdrawals but I still lost over 30k euros in total. Currently I have 23k euros left in my account when they suddenly closed my account. I just want to get my money back in my account but I can't do anything about it!

Won fair and square, fully verified straight away no issues

Me again. Winstler refunded me around 22k out of 30k which I am grateful for. Someone I was dealing with had a conscious. They refused to pay the other 8k saying they had refunded everything. Then they guy 'David' suddenly stopped working for them and the people I were dealing with were rude and blocked me. Anyway, they are getting their comeuppance today alongside Seven Casino (one of their sister scamming companies). What a palava they are just about to go through

I have solicited a well-known UK-based TV broadcaster to investigate this 'company' and to publicise their findings, so I would expect the way they operate to come out in the wash in due course.

I deposited €25 and won around €400 had the ‘ bonus ‘ active which meant I needed to wager over 2k!! I somehow after hours managed to succeed and and tried to withdraw €380

The verification process was a complete nightmare they want every single detail. Including a bank statement from a card I no longer use from 2023

I haven't had any problems with the cashing out or the verification of the account, yet when verifying your account and sending personal information of what they ask for is sold on to third parties.
My bank had fraudulent activity within weeks of using this site and obviously this is a breach of the data protection act and therefore I will take this further.
My bank is doing a full investigation and when they finish, I will take legal action
