No money back and no reply. Beware of this company
I have ordered some products at Randmpuff.de that they didnt have in stock and i therefore cancelled the ordre. This i one month ago and Wintopay do not pay my money back as promished. I have send several mails and which they do not reply on. I am sure I have been cheated by this compagny. I will absoutely not recommend wintopay

KeineWare erhalten nur 150 € über Kreditkarte abgebucht. Keine Ware wurde verschickt Betrüger, Verein Vorsicht nichts über diese Firma bestellen. Hauptsächlich werden Waren aus China damit abgerechnet aber es wird keine Ware verschickt. Also Vorsicht
Und das beste ist die verschicken Trekking Nummern, die gehören gar nicht zu der Sendung, die man erwartet. Das ist der letzte Betrüger Verein auf der Welt.

Never trust this
Awful. Payment seemed like a scam and made me pay within 10 minutes. Never got my order and it’s still “awaiting shipment” after almost a month. Absolutely awful

This company lies about what they are
This company lies about what they are. They are simply an outlet for fraud, they say they are a fiance vendor and any issues they blame on your bank or the vendor without actually doing anything to help. I have been waiting for a refund of over £100 for a year and they just dismiss this.
Questionalble morals at best but I believe they are part of the Scam.

Have read all the negative reviews that this is not a real service/company. All true. They have now managed to creat a copy websites of reputable companies and untill you make an order and pay you would not know it's them. Be very careful when you order. Always check your email and if you see their name, contact your bank straight away.

Wintopay took my money and I did not receive service
Wintopay took my money and I did not get service. I went directly to the seller and paid again. Wintopay did not give me my money back.. they basically stole from me.. which they have done to many others as well.. there should be a class action suit against them. I tried to give them a chance to get my service but they told more lies and did not help me at all.

They don't respond to emails in a serious way and i realize my money is lost.
I bought goods from truhtt.com and paid via Wintopay that guaranteed they will fix things with the seller if something gets wrong.
They did not do it.
Keep away from those scammers.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs. They are posing as the finance partner of Marc Jacobs but that is a fake site. They are impossible to get hold of and emails bounce back.
My bank is now investigating.

This company is awful I have an ongoing dispute with them over a refund that they keep promising, it’s always the same message “ get your bank to check ARN number” “ your refund has been processed” they need investigated and reported to a financial ombudsman.
