I came home from a camping trip yesterday and placed an order with wipertech in the afternoon . The packet was delivered the next day and that to a rural address and its not a one off as we had the same service before from wipertech - well done thanks , absolutely awesome service.

Excellent Quality wipers-great packaging and fast delivery.

Needed new wipers urgently. This company's website says order before midday and will be dispatched same day or delivered within 1-3 business days. Placed order very early in the morning of 28 January 2026.
I expected them the next day, when I hadn't heard anything after 3 business days I went on their website and used the Help box. I received an apology and said they would leave the factory that day. Waited 3 more days. Again contacted the website. Again apologies, saying all the right things and they would chase order. I said they really needed to communicate with customers if there were delays instead of just leaving them hanging. After still not receiving the wipers I messaged the company via their Facebook page, Instagram and email. Finally getting a reply that the wipers I had ordered were out of stock and I would receive them as soon as they came in.
Received wipers 9 February 2026, 12 days after placing order. This review is about their customer service. I understand delays in supply, just keep in touch with your customer or risk receiving a review like this.

I like how the wipers clear the water off the screen.
I dont like how the wiper blade on the left side left a mark, the length of the wiper blade on the screen. The mark is located where the wiper blade changes direction at the mid point of its sweep. Ive tried to wipe it off to no avail.

Very organized company with great communication! I had a warranty issue that was handled within hours with no fuss or hesitation. Liz took care of my order and had organized a refund with pleasant emails straight away. Very impressed!!

Easy to order, fast delivery, so simple to install, better than the original Toyota wipers that used to make a noise. Recommended.

Replaced my wipers on my cx-5 and did get a bad batch but customer service was 10/10. Less than 1h to reply to me and had a replacement pair sent out the next day. Blades are really nice a lot better then my older ones but the frame is really solid and secure on them would buy just for the frame. Blades are even pretty easy to replace on them if that's your thing.

Lack of communication and poor product. Wipers jumped right from the start and even had wiper jump out of its bracket scratching windscreen. Wiper techs response was give it time to settle in. It’s been over a year and is so terrible. WARNING! Don’t throw away your original piece that you have to pull off to use Wipertechs as no other brands for theirs so your stuck using there wipers unless go back to manufacturer and get wiper bracket. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

the chances of me ordering and receiving the correct wiper blades for my car were pretty slim. i googled and a clear image of 3 blades with fiat 500. 2007-2022 popped up. $99 a good price AND free delivery, definitely worth the risk. they arrived within a couple of days, delightfully simply packed - a lot of thought had gone into that as well - it looked like it was going to be a clean job. i immediately went on line to see how to fix them and an email had just arrived from wipertech, with a really short video instruction on how to do just that. unbelievable. within 5 minutes all 3 wipers were replaced. they'd thought the whole thing through. absolutely fantastic.

I bought a full set of wipers for my 2014 ford focus trend. They were exactly the right fit - was even a tad longer than the old ones pre installed, so the old ones mightn't have been correct. Shipping was only 2 days. I had an issue getting in contact with them intially, but literally a day later they responded. I also had an issue with inputting the coupon/discount code where I couldn't find where to put it on the payment process. However they resolved my issue and I was quickly granted the value of the discount back. Resolution wise it couldn't have gone any better. Quality wise, they aren't crappy and look even more robust than the last lot. Was an exact fit, a tiny bit of pressure needed to slot in as the wipers using the button mechanism but is far better than them being a loose fit. And the price is phenomenal. I could have bought 1 wiper for the price I paid for all 3!

I bought wipers for my 2000 Mazda MX5 and Toyota Avensis 2010 Station wagon. Water smearing and uneven wiping on both cars. I will be replacing with something more reliable.

Suspected .co.nz was not exactly the truth and sure enough this is an Australian based company with wiper shipped from there via a courier contracting operation (Omniparcel / Seko Logistics / Seko Standard). Service from Wipertech cannot be faulted but when my parcel cleared NZ Customs and showed no more activity for pretty much a week I would have thought Wipertech would know who Omniparcel contracted services to and they did not. I was on the verge of getting replacement dispatched when tracking suddenly came up with NZ Couriers and wipers arrived. Delighted with wipers and Wipertech but even in a pandemic you would expect rather than just leaving NZ Customs that the parcel would be logged into receipt with a contractor warehouse rather than ‘missing in action’ for nearly a week. I will order from Wipertech again - just a nervous wait due to poor tracking on delivery made this initial order more complicated than it needed to be.

Great experience with wipertech!! Perfect fit for my ford kuga and my Holden clubsport, client for life!!
