It was a very positive experience. Having deliberated over which gas company to go with I'm very glad I went with Wirral Gas Installations. A new boiler had become essential. After an initial free call out and survey the new boiler was installed by efficient, polite and hard working engineers who put in a 12 hour shift to get it up and working. They returned the following morning to finish minor work and to check all was working as it should. They promptly attended the following week by request to balance the radiators. Everything was left clean and tidy when the work was completed.

My boiler failed and needed replacing in January! They prioritised the work and fitted a new boiler in a total of just 5 day from the original fault working on a Saturday.

My bathroom needed a refresh. Wirral Gas didn’t try to persuade me it needed a complete overhaul. The tradesmen were efficient, polite and the office staff are helpful and pleasant to deal with. There were a few snags along the way but I haven’t had work done on the house when other problems occurred throughout the course of the job. The snags were sorted satisfactorily and l am pleased with finished work . My bathroom looks smart again and is working well.

Arranged for the engineer to come out and look at a fault we had with the cold water kitchen tap and toilet.
The engineer came within the time slot given and rang to let me know he was on his way. He was able to diagnose the problems and was able to fix them on his visit.
