Really tasty beers. I have recently switched to AF and was delighted to find the Wise Bartender. Such a range of beers. I have started a AF vegan subscription and am looking forward to sampling.

I cannot believe how great this wine tastes - THE best zero red wine I have ever had! It came next day also - will definitely be buying again, thank you.

The website was very easy to use and navigate around. I was specifically looking for alcohol free and gluten free stout for a friend. There were a selection of these available which I ordered online, paid for and asked for them to be delivered directly to my friend.

Amazingly they were delivered the next morning and I was kept well-informed of the different stages of the shipping process. Everything went very smoothly and I was 100% happy with the whole experience!!

I was happy with what I bought apart from the cans of cream caramel drink, I really did not like them neither did anyone else who tried them. They left an aftertaste which wasn’t pleasant at all. Shame as they bumped the price of everything else we bought seeing as they won’t be drunk. I have not opened 2 bottles of what I bought so I can’t comment on them as yet.

It's easy to order and pay for purchases. Delivery turnover is amazingly quick and the product is a delicious non alcoholic alternative to Irish cream.

I have ordered drinks from Wise Bartender a few times now and am very happy with their delivery and careful packaging of the bottles.
I really like the Mother Root non - alcoholic drink , which i bought originally as an alcohol free alternative to my nightly glass of wine....am now drinking it at all sorts of times of day,and have bought a few extra bottles for Christmas presents too!
I love that its healthy and natural,and has a really kick of ginger: nothing wishy -washy about this at all!

The courier chosen by wise bartender delivered to the incorrect address and I have checked with every single neighbour. None of them claim to have received it.

Wise bartender are accusing my neighbours of stealing the parcel when there was no receipt of parcel being accepted by anyone.

Wise bartenders solution is to report the missing item and accuse neighbours for a low value parcel. Wise bartender has failed to deliver the product to my address and is in breach of consumer law. I will be pursuing a chargeback through my card provider.

Absolute shocking customer service.

Wise Bartender are THE BEST place to buy alcohol free beers, in fact ANYTHING non-alcoholic, online. Period.

One of the few on-line companies to provide a good selection of dark beers, stouts and porters. Unfortunately Ilkley Nowt Mary was unavailable this time.Goods arrived promptly, well packaged ,polite courier who waited for response from doorbell. Will be using again for birthday present!

The product description was inaccurate, so they arranged collection. After their mistakes with arranging to collect, I needed a second collection, which I was charged 5.99 for. Basically, wrong product, bad customer service. Avoid.

Every time I buy from Wise Bartender, I receive the same excellent service and the opportunity to try something new. I love that it's not just a matter of alcohol low or low-alcohol, it's also possible to focus on my dietary needs really easily. I valued the chance to make chilled drinks on those hot days - but now, as we move into cooler evenings, they still offer the opportunity to taste some amazing flavours that bring warmth to your palate.

I requested a refund on the following dates: 16/8, 12/8 and 1/8. I haven’t received any correspondence in return or confirmation of a refund. Please don’t lie.

DHL received my parcel but failed to deliver and provide any updates but the wonderful team at Wise bartender rectified the scenario and had a new delivery sent over the following day, would highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again 😁
