responded to my messages in 2 minutes and was very helpful when it crashed , also was very helpful when i was struggling to decide because this is my first pc. the only problem was the delivery but it was out of their control so i will not write anything bad about that. came well packaged and it hasn’t crashed once other than what i wrote at the start. i know when you are buying a pc you can be worried if something goes wrong you will get little help unless you pay, not with wise guys!

Right, hope you enjoy my long review about how absolutely AMAZING this company is! First of all, the staff know everything about pcs and were so friendly and supportive with everything. Talking to them through eBay was like talking to your best friend! Now second of all! The pc OMG it was amazing, I wanted to have liquid cooling added and that was the most simple request, the staff did such an amazing job delivering my dream pc. The postage was super fast and safe and again I would not hesitate to recommend and use again! Super happy and this was absolutely above and beyond! ❤️❤️❤️

I came across a lad on Facebook that built custom pc to spec, however I didn't have much knowledge on what works with what. I gave him a list of a few things I would like to achieve with the PC and gave my budget. I can't describe my gratitude.

I ordered a new computer from Wiseguys and they built it to the specification that I ask for. The computer was delivered very promptly within the same week, it was very securely pack when it arrived and I had it up and running straight out of the box.

My son managed to get a virus on it and Harry cleared this and returned it to a new state without even asking for a penny in return ❤️👍👍

I got my first ever gaming computer last year, from WGG. Since then, I have talked with them a lot. About upgrading my current PC, or to a completely new build. Or even, when I was having problems a while back when I was upgrading my current build on my own. As always, they were there. Helpful, kind. The best. I’ve mostly talked with Harry - & he’s a pleasure to talk to. Everybody who works there, they all deserve the best in life. They’re the most patient people on this planet & they respond almost instantly. Again, they’re helpful. They listen, & they understand what it is that you exactly want. Do you want a PC for gaming, or for video / photo editing, or music production.. Or both? They help the best they can & they’re always spot on. I was scared at first - buying off of EBay. But Wise Guys are the most genuine people, the most genuine sellers, I have ever known, or spoken to. They actually care, & I love them for that. If you’re thinking about buying a gaming computer, or a computer for editing / streaming, music production, then this is the place for you. Also very good prices as well to be fair to them. Absolute Legends!! I was after a gaming desktop to suit my needs and came across WiseguysGaming. Not only did the team custom build an absolute beast of a machine for my budget and was also very helpful after receiving it with help and questions I needed. I'm so thankful and grateful to the whole team.

My 10yr old boy was desperate for a gaming PC. He done quite a lot of research on this and had a good idea of what he wanted. Can I just say, I am not techy at all and haven’t got a clue. I called Wise guys discussed all my concerns, asked my questions and came away with a better understanding. Harry took on board what I wanted and had agreed to as a parent. Harry then took the time to have a phone consultation with my son. Asking him what he wanted from his PC Explained how things would work well or not so well and came up with a plan/build we were all happy with. Due to my son having special needs he wanted his new PC ASAP and Harry at wise guys did not disappoint. The customer service has been fantastic through out and very helpful to a mum that knows very little.Thank you Harry and the team.

I was recommended to Wiseguys by a friend, as I wanted a bespoke PC to optimise use of guitar effects software (Positive Grid BIAS FX2, if you care, lol)

Harry engaged with me immediately on WhatsApp; very friendly and clear. Within two hours he had read up on my requirements, laid out my options, and then designed an awesome PC around my budget.

This was on a Tuesday. By the next weekend I was playing guitar through my new PC, which is lightning fast and far better than I had even anticipated.

I was thinking about a serious PC build to replace my current PC. I had kind of decided to go with another, more well known supplier of pre-builds. But, I needed to ask a technical question so submitted it online. I didn't get a reply for over a WEEK.

So, in the meantime, I started to look elsewhere. I came across 'Wise Guys' via an eBay search. I was initially reticent about buying a £4K+ PC from eBay, but read the reviews for 'Wise Guys' and decided to give them a shot.

I communicated with Harry through eBay chat and he was AMAZING. We went with a completely custom build in the end.

There was an initial payment issue (my own fault) and Harry supported me with that. Due to this error I ended up buying directly and bypassing eBay. But I was confident enough to do that as Harry sent a payable invoice via PayPal with the spec of the PC detailed.

Paid on Sunday, PC arrived Saturday.

I was sent updates throughout the build from Anna at 'Wise Guys' along with images. I wanted to change a couple of cosmetic options as we went along and it was no trouble at all, with Anna sending images via WhatsApp.

The PC arrived well packaged and with all the component boxes. The build quality of the PC is top-notch.

Throughout this whole process, the responses from Harry and Anna to my queries were immediate, always coming literally a couple of minutes after I sent them. Harry was happy to take phonecalls even on a Sunday when he was out with his dog and then doing some admin relating to my order when he got home.

I don't think I've EVER had a customer service experience that matches the one I've had from 'Wise Guys.' As much as I wish them success in the future, I hope they stay a relatively small company that maintains such personal and attentive service.

When I finally got the response from the other company, I was already playing 'Alan Wake II' at native 4K, with all settings maxed out and at 60fps on my PC from 'Wise Guys.'

Thank you for everything, I'm overjoyed.

And so is my great-nephew. He's 11 and will be the recipient of my previous PC which is a 3080 build, his first PC...

I was searching for a long time for the right PC, had seen Harry’s pc’s on eBay for a while but scanned pass them, however on further searches I found the reviews and thought I’d give them a go,

What a revelation, spoke with Harry regarding the specs I wanted, the use I was going to need, he was so helpful, and not once was there any upsell!

The pc was built to perfection, harry even worked his magic and made it even better than agreed!

The pc itself is a testament to the teams work, the attention to detail is 2nd to none, everything is working

Delivered ahead of time, packaged with all the components boxes and really taken care when posting.

I started speaking to Harry over the Christmas period (holiday lol), even though he wasn't even at work he still communicated with me to help me choose the right gaming pc for my needs. Once he and the team were back in work after the holidays I had configured and received my pc within four days 😆
Can't recommend these people enough. Great thing is it feels personal, like they actually care and are invested in you and your needs. Proper person centred approach.
Also there's after care, questions answered, help given and even a techy dude will call you to help figure your issues out.

I can’t say enough good things about Harry and the team at WGG. Everything was perfect and I can’t say enough about Harry and his amazing customer service/support. Response times are amazing and he’s really gone above and beyond and set a new standard for what I would expect!
