Customer service was quick to respond to my confusion over a questionnaire in my portal. My experience with customer service was a 5 but I gave Elara a 4 because of the initial reason why I had to contact customer support to begin with.

I appreciate the chat feature of being able to message Support or Medical personnel. Lily was prompt in responding to my request thru the Support chat.

This is the worst telehealth company…

This is the worst telehealth company I ever dealt with i recieved lipo c that was too hot to touch had to disregard it and jack brown the rep from elara was so helpful he escalated my situation sent me another scrpit to the pharmacy at no cost and sent me a tracking number and everything my order wss gone be here by monday somebody went behind him and contact the phamarcy and placed my order on hold and the pharmacy said they cant release it until they get it off hold until elara contacts them I got proof emails tracking number that my shipment supposed to be a replacement at no cost to me this is ridiculous if management sees this give me a call

Love the doctors, the meds, and this company.

I've had such a great experience with Elara. This is not my first rodeo with a telehealth company, so it's been a really simple and painless process for me entirely. Their medications are top tier, and the shipping and turnaround times from order to approval to doorstep are really impressive and quick. Any time I have needed to contact support, my questions were answered, and the doctors don't push meds or increasing dosage like many others do - and I really appreciate that!!
