I have endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, enlarged veins on my sciatic nerve and pelvic congestion. 33 years old, had unmanageably painful periods since I was 17. I couldn’t have synthetic estrogen (extreme migraines) or progesterone (extreme depressive episodes) so was stuck in a torture cycle with my period every four weeks for four days.

The Monthlies supplement is hands down the best thing I’ve ever tried. Took about three months to feel a difference and six months to change my life completely.

I went from being bed bound, with two TENS devices on simultaneously, maxed out on ibuprofen and cocodomol simultaneously and STILL in agony, to not needing any pain relief at all and actually FORGETTING I’m on my period.

I still can’t quite believe what a difference it’s made to my life. Aside from the monthly torture stopping I also just feel generally so much better, my hairline is growing back, my skin is glowing, my eyes are brighter, so much more energy.

Needless to say I recommend!

Used it for 6 months and didn’t see any improvement at all sadly. I had very high hopes for monthlies but instead it only worsened my symptoms and had no impact on my health overall. I also found the supplement too sweet and made my lips burn and tingle.

Ich hatte nicht viel Hoffnung als ich begonnen habe das Produkt zu nehmen jedoch konnte mir das Mittel endlich helfen. Bereits bei meiner ersten Periode hatte ich garkeine Schmerzen oder Krämpfe. (das letzte Mal ist Monate, wenn nicht sogar Jahre her, dass ich keine Schmerzen hatte)
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt da es mir endlich nach Ewigkeiten der Suche helfen konnte!

This has absolutely transformed my periods. Gone are the days when I would experience of a nausea and pain. 

It's absolutely amazing and I don't say that lightly. I tried this after giving up the pill to see if I can have painless periods without side effects and I finally do. After years and years of horrible periods, I am finally able to embrace them and feel like a normal person. It's my 3rd month taking it. Absolute fav suppliments!

I had high hopes but sadly I’m now on month 4 of taking these daily and there has been no improvement to my symptoms. I still get woken in the night by dreadful period pains, and there has been no improvement to pre period symptoms or during my period itself. I still heavily rely on painkillers to manage. A shame.

I normally try to adapt to certain things, but the flavor of this supplement is too strong. My partner even complains about the smell it leaves in a room. I tried mixed it with other things to ease it, but it just doesn't work for me. I've been drinking it for a month or two and also it couldn't ease my menstrual pain... So I'm still unsure about it. I'll wait for new softer flavors to try it again...

So far I am so happy with this product. I've waited about a month before leaving a review because I thought it was too good to be true! I noticed a difference within a week of taking it. Usually during my ovulation I would have cramps, bloating and just feeling generally unwell, this would last for at least a week and i would have to take pain relief. Come my period I would probably take 10/12 ibuprofen in 2 days for the pain. It would leave me feeling totally drained. But this month has been so much better, i only had a few cramps during my ovulation, didn't need any pain relief and no bloating. During this period i only took 4 ibuprofen and i definitely don't feel as drained. I was becoming quite down because I would have maybe one or two weeks in the month when i felt normal. I'd been to the doctors, had a scan etc and everything came back as fine. I'm so glad I came across this and took the plunge. Can't wait to see what the next few months bring

Tasted really bad and made my lips burn. Forgot to cancel the subscription so a huge waste of money. Great idea though, would be more interested if it came in capsule form.

Product doesn't work and the subscription service doesn't warn you or give you a chance to amend before taking next payment.

I’ve been using Monthlies now for nearly a year and I’ve been at weddings and on holidays with my period, which years ago would NOT have happened! For me, I can say it’s been the real “game changer”! No more awful painful periods . . . THANK YOU Monthlies ❤️

I love waking up to a nice beverage and this hormonal health drink has become my new favourite. Didn’t think I would continue using it for this long because I get bored of routines very quickly but it’s been a few months and I don’t think I’m stopping anytime soon. I like how my mood and stomach feel when I’m taking it. I used to forget carrying it on travels and would feel the difference in 2 days. I don’t know fully understand what they’ve put in it but I approve.

My only feedback would be to make travel packs 😭

Before using Monthlies, my period was very painful and I couldn’t move during the first days.
