We’ve used this company four times over the past three years, and they have consistently impressed us. Whether it’s a blocked drain, boiler servicing, or hot water problems, they’ve handled every issue quickly and effectively. They are very responsive — we’ve never had to wait long for someone to get back to us or to schedule a visit.

The technicians are always very professional, polite, and clearly know their stuff. They explain the problem and the solution clearly. Thanks to their expertise, we’ve avoided what could have been much bigger and more expensive problems. If you need reliable plumbing or boiler maintenance, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Evidence shows at least 10 UFH loops weren’t flushed leaving debris in the system and invalidating our new boiler’s warranty. Peter didn’t mention any issues with the flush at the time but now blames anything but his workmanship. He refuses to return to undertake another flush or refund me the monies leaving me significantly out of pocket. I’m horrified to read a very similar review below.

I contacted Wizz Plumbing to perform a power flush on my heating system and paid £900 for the service. Before the power flush, my system was working perfectly — every radiator heated properly with no issues at all.
After the power flush, the radiator in my bedroom now goes completely cold or only gets slightly warm. This problem didn’t exist before their visit, and it’s extremely frustrating to be left with a new issue after paying such a high price.
I expected a professional service that would improve my system, not create additional problems. At this point I’m unsure whether the job was done correctly, but I’m definitely unhappy with the outcome.

We called Wizz plumbing after the macerater in our downstairs toilet packed in. Peter called me back the same day and was extremely honest and transparent. We have had SO many bad experiences where companies have quoted a price and then at the end added on hundreds of pounds of extras so we let Peter know this on the phone and he assured us it would be a fixed price. We had one of his colleagues come out this morning and, within a few hours, we now have a working toilet again! Yippee! Thank you again Peter, we will definitely be recommending you to our friends and colleagues.

I contacted them to look at my bosch washer dryer, which had stopped heating on the dryer cycle. They were very quick to respond and get an engineer out to me, that's were the positives end. The engineer told initially washer dryers just don't heat up that much! This is a machine I have had for 6 years, I know when it is and isn't working! Then he told me it was heating, it wasn't. Then he told me the heating element was broken and needed replacing. After he left I found a reset switch, after pressing it the heating worked, so it wasn't the heating element at all. They were very happy to quote me to replace the heating element and for more hours of labour, which wouldn't have even fixed the problem. I have since had another engineer out who confirmed I was right and the blower motor needed replacing, not the heating element. On top of this, Peter, the owner was incredibly rude to me over the phone. His website has a number that says call any time, but he complained I had messaged too early. He was very unprofessional and aggressive. He told me the engineer had pressed the rest switch himself, he 100% did not. I told Peter a replacement machine cost £999 and he told me I was lying! Utterly madness! It's an integrated machine, only one made by Bosch and £999 in all the outlets online. I can't believe people can operate a business like this really. We all make mistakes, but admit that. Admit the engineer didn't have the right experience to fix the fault and be kind enough to offer a partial refund on call out charges. The confidence in fixing a fault that didn't exist was bold to say the least!

We had an issue with a blocked gully. Called Wizz plumbing and got a quick reply. Had someone come out the day after and cleared the blockage straight away. No issues whatsoever. Will definitely recommend to others and will use again for the future. Great service.

1.5 hours from enquiry to unblocked drain, this poor guy worked tirelessly to unblock drain that had been getting more blocked over past 20 years and well overdue attention. Much more reasonably priced than anyone who called after, so pleased he called first and couldn't wait to leave a review. I will be keeping hold of this card
