I recently had a hair transplant at WMG and my experience was great from start to finish. First and foremost out of the many consultations I had, they were the only clinic where it was led by the surgeon himself. As a man with afro textured hair I had several questions and concerns that Dr Grahame Shaw was able to address in a way that no other clinic could, which made me confident to proceed with them. Come the day of the surgery Dr Graham Shaw made it a point to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the design of the hairline before proceeding any further. He then began to work his magic with the assistance of his lovely team of technicians Milena, Marzena and Kate- I have to give a mention to how organised they were and how well they worked together as a team. I am currently following the post op instructions that were given to me in as clear of a way as they possibly could be, and although I can't predict how my results will turn out in the months to come, if everything leading up to this point is anything to go by then I'm almost certain I have nothing to worry about. I had a FUE procedure on 26th March, after a couple of consultations with Dr Sebastian and correspondences with Theresa and Barbara.

I made the decision to proceed after meeting Dr Sebastian and the positive reviews. The team are clearly knowledgeable with the whole process (before and after) and I made the decision to proceed myself without any pushiness. Procedure took around 8 hours for just under 2,800 grafts and the morning after, I have no pain or issues and now just have to wait for the results. Even before I had woken up, there was an email checking in on me, which was great to see.

I had several of the team work on me throughout the course of the day and everyone was friendly, which made the day so much easier. Clearly a happy environment which no doubt helps make everyone enjoy what they are doing. Thank you Dr Sebastian and all the ladies for making what could have been a traumatic day seem so normal :).

I am now almost 3 weeks after the procedure and all seems to be well. I did have a few questions after my procedure and always got a timely response to my questions which was always appreciated. Easy for the procedure to be done and then forgotten, but not with WMG ! Thanks team for your great work ethic.

I had my FUE hair transplant last week with Dr Grahame Shaw. He gave me such confidence in his work and how the day would pan out. From taking time to re drawing my hairline until he and I were happy with it until the finish, which included an extra 100 top up grafts so everything was to his liking. The staff were lovely, friendly and ultra professional. Dr Shaw even got me dressed and walked me to the door. Pure class.The next day Marzena put my mind at rest after I hit my head on the cab door. She attended 2 dislodged grafts and washed my hair. What an angel.
Would absolutely recommend.

If considering a hair transplant in the UK please read this! When researching myself, i would often see reviews left a day post surgery. I’m currently roughly 5 months post surgery at Westminster with Dr Grahame Shaw at the end of September 2020. I am delighted with the results so far.

Firstly, I cannot speak highly enough of Barbara, Theresa and Dr Shaw’s attentiveness pre-surgery. Without having spent a penny, the Westminster staff responded very quickly and in detail to any enquiry. I was then able to book a pre-consultation with Dr Shaw who was very informative, reassuring and clear on the process.
This was a complete contrast to other london/uk based companies such as Wimpole who only set me up with zoom calls with salespeople who funnily enough reccommended almost half the grafts I received for the same quote at Westminster! Westminster’s exceptional care prior to surgery was a fundamental reason in choosing to go with them!

On the day of the surgery, everything was clearly explained and I was guided through the whole process and what the day would entail. The staff are all brilliant and help make you relaxed on what can be a daunting day. The staff are all unbelievably professional , and stopped the process and provided me with a break once they noticed my heart rate was slightly raised even if it meant delaying the staff’s busy day. The staff’s professional and reassuring nature soon calmed me down and we were ready to re-start. Marzana and colleagues were great and offering snacks which really helped (I owe you a box of kit-kats!!). I hadn’t realised the injections would only last up to 15 minutes (my own fault), and after this is done with, everything was a breeze for the rest of the day where I fell asleep or chatted away with the friendly staff. Dr Shaw was present throughout the day which was great. I was the clinic’s only patient that day and you felt it with the attentiveness.
Again, Marzana, Dr Shaw, Thurya and Wale and every member of staff at Westminster were magnificent and everything you’d want for a procedure like this.
The post op guidelines were very clear and Dr Shaw had time for a de-brief at the end of the surgery to answer any questions.
Marzana was brilliant the following day for the day 1 post-op wash, where Dr Shaw was again around for questions and advice if needed.

Overall I can’t speak highly enough of the guys at Westminster clinic. As someone who has reservations of going abroad and spent countless hours researching of options in the UK - I’m so so glad I chose Westminster.
I’m now 5 months post op and am delighted with the results so far - I’m exactly at the stage described by the Westminster staff. I’ve been made to feel I can get in touch at any time with the team at anytime should I have any questions, but I haven’t had to as everything has been so clear from the off.

I had a really positive experience throughout my hair transplant. From the start, Dr Grahame came across as someone who genuinely cares about the end result, not just the procedure itself. He spent a lot of time planning and designing the hairline and overall approach, and it was clear he sees this as a craft as much as surgery — very much a hair connoisseur.

Marzena was fantastic and clearly Dr Grahame’s right-hand person. She was welcoming, cheerful, and incredibly reassuring throughout, which made a big difference. The whole experience was centred around making you feel comfortable and looked after, and I genuinely felt like the number one priority the entire time.

The only part that wasn’t much fun was the initial anaesthetic injections, which are uncomfortable, but thankfully short-lived. I had two days of surgery, so going into the second day I felt much more mentally prepared. Once the anaesthetic kicks in, it’s surprisingly relaxed — watching TV, chatting with the team, and passing the time quite easily.

Overall, it was a very calm, professional, and well-run experience, and I’m really glad I chose this clinic.

It is the first day after my procedure today and I couldn't be happier. Although it is way too soon to comment on my final results, all I can say is that the service and care I have received from WMG has been first class. I researched MANY hair transplant clinics here in the UK and Turkey before committing to WMG and definitely feel I made the right choice. Barbara and Theresa have been able to respond to all my enquiries within minutes of contacting them all the way and Dr. Sebastian was brilliant in my two consultations prior to the procedure. I was able to discuss exactly the outcome I wanted and he adapted my hairline according to my desired results. It is still early days, but yesteday's procedure could not have gone smoother - the care was first class and discomfort was minimal. My face-to-face consultation with Dr Seb was great. He was professional but friendly, and as expected confidently answered all my questions. It didn't feel like a sales pitch, which I appreciated.

On the day I was greeted by Gabriela who was really caring and made me feel at ease. The team made sure I was comfortable. In fact, it was quite relaxing. Dr Seb was efficient but I could tell he was really careful about the placement of the incisions. I felt like I was in good hands.

I was slightly dreading the implantation stage due to a previous very painful surgery with a different clinic in Istanbul, but Dr Seb's team were very quick to use more anaesthetic when needed, making sure it was as painless as possible.

Everyone I've talked to in person and by email (including Theresa and Barbara) has been great.

I've already recommended Westminster Medical Group to a couple of people. It's early days, but I've no doubt the results will be great. I'll try to update this review in a year or so to confirm.

I had my hair transplant procedure last Tuesday 18th of November, the team was led by Dr Grahame Shaw, the procedure was long as I needed a big number of grafts. However, the team was very friendly, professional and genuinely very caring. Dr Grahame is very kind, highly skilled, and explained everything very well to me, including the post-op instructions. Everything went well and I had a head wash the next day at the clinic. I am due for follow up at 6 month. Being at an advanced stage of baldness I opted for a 2 day 4727 graft procedure. Dr Shaw was thoroughly professional and attentive, and those working alongside him were also incredibly professional and friendly, making the process much less daunting. I can absolutely recommend Westminster Medical Group and Dr Shaw in particular.

I'm 6 months post-eyebrow transplant and wanted to share my recommendation for Dr. Sebastian Deme and his team.

I was a victim of overplucking my eyebrows. I tried microblading (terrible! avoid!) and minoxidil (some regrowth) but to get the results I wanted I knew I would need a transplant.

I did my consultation over zoom and took a few months to decide. They stayed in touch but there was no pressure to proceed. I looked at other surgeons who specialised in brow transplants but felt WMG's reputation was more widely known and their price was extremely competitive. 

I was the only patient in the office on the day of surgery and they made the whole experience feel personalised and bespoke. I checked in around 09:15 and it was over by 14:45 PM. Lunch was provided as was bottled water throughout the day. I was given a full aftercare kit to take home including paracetamol, ibuprofen, saline spray, shampoo, aloe gel, spare bandages, dressing sheets (to protect your pillow/bedding) and a foam flight pillow to help with sleeping.  

6 months later, and I'm happy with the results so far. They did a great job with positioning the hairs; I haven't had to use brow gel to 'train' them and I don't need any make-up to fill in gaps. I do have to trim every 4 - 5 days but it's a quick snip and it is so much easier than having to draw them on every day!

I recently had a 2300-graft FUE hair transplant at Westminster Medical Group on Harley Street with Dr Sebastian Deme. What stood out was that my consultation was with the actual surgeon, not a salesperson, and he took the time to design a natural, age-appropriate hairline and explain everything clearly.

On the day, the procedure ran smoothly. It took around 7 hours, lunch was provided, and the team were attentive throughout. Aside from the local anaesthetic, it was completely pain-free, and Dr Deme completed all incisions and stayed until the end supervising the technicians. Aftercare has been excellent. I was given all products needed and returned two days later for a wash and aftercare guidance. I’m now 9 days post-op and really happy with the early look and density.

Marzena is excellent. The process is overall painful and yet somehow Marzena managed to make the experience pleasant and enjoyable. She is talented, easy going and nice to deal with. The results were very satisfactory. She follows up regularly.
