I ordered a rugged mobile phone have been waiting about 6 months and they sent a cheap ladies wallet worth about 50p I complained they apologized and said they will resend it was a mistake on their part and I am still waiting 2 months later the tracking number doesn't seem to work if you go on their tracking website which is China Post it shows it's arrived but if you check with all the careers and Royal Mail they have nothing so I believe they are faking a tracking numbers and the courier I don't know how they're doing it but I do believe they're making some sort of China post website up to make you believe it's been sent because if you go onto the genuine website of trying to post and put their tracking number in it does nothing at all they can't find the parcel or it's the wrong number so buyers beware and I think they buy online who shut down really quickly but again the same thing they still only a phone

Placed an order for a Mobile Phone on 3rd April 2019, however I received a ugly hat. On escalating the matter to PayPal for a refund, the seller agreed to send me the original item i had ordered. The seller delayed until the PayPal escalation date passed and till date i have not received the original item. Lost my money. Beware this is a big fraud.......

Ordered a phone got a beanie they said they were going to resend with tracking number and all and never turned up do not buy from these YOYO'S they will rip you off
Now they reckon the post lost it and dont want to resend the phone that I ordered they want to give me another piece of poo that prob won't turn up either.

It' a scam. They send you rabish instead of the product you pay. They do the following trick to cheat paypal. When you buy something, they sent something useless but they don't send you a tracking number (or they ignore your messages), just to make you place a dispute in paypal. Then, when they see the dispute, they send you the tracking number, and they also inform paypal about this. So paypal cancels the dispute, and when you receive the useless item they've sent (in my case I'd ordered a cell phone and they sent a pair of earphones), you cannot place a new dispute (paypal does not have the option to place a dispute for the same case twice). The only thing you can do is to speak by phone with paypal and explain them what happened. They can open the dispute manually. This is what I did to get my money back

Like others on this site I ordered a product (a plush doona cover) and never received it. After numerous emails I have heard nothing. Unfortunately I like others have been stung by this company. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering :( These companies make it difficult to buy with confidence online

These people are froude don't order anything from them big scam Chinese are big scamper I will complain to PayPal.

I ordered a Duvet cover. I received an ugly black beanie. What a scam. Have no idea who to report this to. It came from China.
Don't do business with them.

Woemart scammed me out of $109! They showed me an ugly beanie hat. Sent emails, but they keep repeating the same replies over and over, like it's automated. Someone needs to shut them down fast and press charges on them

Today I received the parcel with the order I made for a smartphone paid for $ 48,99. When I opened the package instead of the smartphone that I had paid, I found a very ugly hat. This is a great scam and now I will report the fact to the Italian postal police. Also I will report the scam to PayPal who made the payment to be compensated for the money taken. Be carefull, Woemart is only a great fraud.

Smartphone bestellt aber nur Kopfhörer erhalten bei Paypal reklamiert und die ganzen Infos weitergeleitet, nach Rücksprache mit Paypal musste ich Anzeige bei der Polizei wegen Warenbetrug erstatten damit hoffentlich mein Geld zurückerstattet wird. Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a smartphone for $50 a few weeks ago from woemart.com which has paypal email saleadd at hotmail. They tell me it has not processed yet. Filed a dispute with PayPal. After research I discovered that similar websites where the same paypal email was used have not recieved anything or recieve cloth or broken earbuds. Major scams. Ashamed I actually believed that I was going to get a phone for such a low price.
