Disgusting wolf box customer services

Well where to start…
Wolfbox has quite a good mirror dash cam but one of the models you can still buy new is unable to be used on their app to download videos if needed for insurance or police reasons. I have contacted them several times and they keep saying they’re going to update their systems but they never do and and now I’m arguing with them for false advertising, but you just get nowhere with them. I have messaged them 20 times or more and they just come back with the same excuse basically but I knew a model and you will get Wi-Fi and that to me it’s just a reason to spend more money on their products. I’ve asked this to be raised to hire management but all I get is excuse after excuse. Please do not buy from Wolf box because they simply are only interested in money and not looking after their customers. I’m going to report them to the regulators because on their website they do say my model is supported and has Wi-Fi but they deny this but if you look on their website or online, you can see that they actually show you what to do to join up to Wi-Fi. Please avoid this company by with a more reputable company.

Solid product and top-class customer service

I purchased the Wolfbox G900 Pro in December 2024 and have been using it in Scotland. When it works, it’s an excellent dash cam with great image quality, impressive low-light performance, and it really helps eliminate blind spots. I also like that it doubles as both a front and rear dash cam in one system.
The rear camera, which is mounted outside the vehicle, failed after about a year. I then bought a replacement rear camera, but unfortunately that also failed after around 10 months. This suggests the long-term durability of the external rear camera could be improved, especially for wet and cold climates.
That said, Wolfbox’s customer service has been outstanding. They responded to my email(on a weekend) within two hours and dispatched a replacement rear camera the same day, completely free of charge. That level of support really makes a difference.
I’ve now re-mounted the new camera with silicone sealant to help prevent moisture getting into the camera or connector, and I’m hopeful it will last longer.
Despite the rear camera issues, I’m happy with the product overall and would recommend Wolfbox, mainly because of their excellent customer support.

I can’t fault the customer service

I can’t fault the customer service I received from Wolfbox. I contacted them when my rear view camera failed to work. Straight away told what to check in detail. After checking and getting back to them they sent out a new. Camera and extra length cable for my van. I dealt with an advisor called Mark. So thanks very much Mark.

Above and Beyond Customer Service

I would like to express my appreciation to the Wolfbox Team, especially Mark, for providing above and beyond customer service.

A few weeks ago, I began experiencing an issue with my TriPro900 dashcam. The device would enter an "automatic operation" mode whenever I started my car, and after approximately 25 to 35 minutes, it would begin randomly toggling settings on its own. This problem was persisted since last year while I was waiting for Wolfbox to release firmware update for the TriPro900. Once it was available, I quickly download it and update it asap, but the problem still ongoing.

I then contacted Wolfbox customer support, where Mark assisted me throughout the troubleshooting process. We were email each other back and forth to guide me through multiple test in order to identify the cause of the issue. Ultimately, the problem was the main unit not functioning properly. So Mark arranged with his team to send me a new replacement and I received within 2 days.

Since I replace it with the new one. The dashcam has been working perfectly, and I am extremely satisfy with both the product and the brand. Also the return and shipping process was fast. Overall the whole process was resolved within 2 weeks.

Once again, I would like to thank Mark for his dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Well done Wolfbox Team!

It will take you SO MUCH WORK to get a REFUND!

I bought one of their WOLFBOX MF100 Rechargeable Air Duster Blaster Blower 150000RPM 3-Gear Cordless on ebay from them. This item did not come close to what they advertised. I requested a refund and it took so long to finally get one. They sent me another device when l asked for one and when l sent their device back they didnt get back to me that they received it so l had to continue chasing them. It was none stop efforts from my end to pull the money out of them to refund me. Dishonest and unfair company. Shame on you.

Customer service

My review at this point is on customer service only. My mechanic recommended a wolfboxG900 pro and while I searched for it, I got directed to their Canadian option. It was offering some discounts, which were nice and I felt I'd read through carefully, confirming this was shipped within Canada. After purchasing it, when my confirmation email came in, I noticed there was no sales tax added so I wrote the company, asking for the order to be canceled if shipping outside of Canada as I didn't want the extra tarrifs and other charges to start adding up. I got a response quite quickly, assuring me that the camera ships from Mississauga, Ontario and the sales taxes are included, thus why I didn't see them. I was very happy that I got such a quick response from the company.

The camera angle and the rearview mirror don't work in harmony.

Either you position the camera, or you position the rearview mirror. I know you can install the rearview camera and forget about the rearview mirror because the rearview camera would function as such, but the rearview mirror is important.
I contacted technical support, and they said: We sincerely regret any inconvenience this design limitation may have caused you. We understand that finding a single angle that works well for both functions at the same time can be difficult with the current product design.
Your comments have been passed on to our product development team. Although there is no immediate solution available, your input will be taken into account for future improvements.

But was such a basic aspect as the harmony between the rearview mirror viewing angle and the front camera adjustment angle not taken into account when designing this device? What's the point of this? Why do they call it a rearview mirror? If you want, I'll sell you a coffee maker that you can only use to heat water or grind coffee. But you can't use it to brew coffee.

Wolfbox have the best customer service…

Wolfbox have the best customer service I've ever experienced. They've responded to my emails within the hour on two separate occasions. The first time, I was having trouble with compatibility for an oem rear mirror attachment which unfortunately was not resolved due to the car I own. However, next time I contacted them was regarding a fault with my dashcam, they then sent me a replacement with next day delivery service at no extra cost. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed. A++++

Excellent Customer Service

I have been dealing with Mark from customer service support at Wolfbox and the service has been excellent. I had a problem with my charging cable to my dash cam and it was remedied immediately. No hassle, new cable dispatched the same day and everything back to working as it should. Mark has been extremely helpful and professional in his dealings with me and I can’t thank him enough.

Wolfbox i05 dashcam details

Asked for i05 dashcam details. They responded with “we regret to inform you that certain details cannot be provided due to our internal confidentiality policies.”
So it’s like buying a car but they won’t tell you what engine it has due to internal confidentiality policies….
Would you trust a company who refuses to tell you what you’re buying?!

Latest response from wolfbox (they “confirm”you’ll have no clue on what your buying, all other wolfbox dashcams have detailed specs.No company confidentiality there….)

UPDATED Review - sorry for the delay in changing this, had forgotten about it. But they were polite and replied to the email chain I had with them directly and we came to a fair resolution about the ordering. (it was due to different rules in different countries).

I've had the product in my vehicle for over a year now and am still extremely happy with the product. Also the way they resolved the issue once we started talking impressed me so much that I ordered another product of theirs for my wife's car.

Great dash cam, very trustworthy brand

I’ve been using the Wolfbox G900TriPro for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. The 4K front camera delivers crystal-clear footage, and the unique bumper camera is a game-changer for off-roading—it gives me a perfect view of obstacles right in front of my truck. The rear and interior cameras are also top-notch, with excellent clarity day and night.

What really sets Wolfbox apart, though, is their customer service. I had a few setup questions, and their support team was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product like this. Highly recommend both the G900TriPro and the Wolfbox team!

Cameras seem great, customer service is even better!

I don't remember the exact date I ordered the system, but it took our shop a little while to get us in to install it regardless. I needed a few upgrades to make it work for our truck, and wolfbox sent me everything needed free of charge (longer cables, etc.). They accidentally upgraded and sent my ordered camera to a better one, promptly informed me and allowed me to keep it also free of charge. One of the cameras started having an issue, and the customer service team was extremely fast to check in with me and get the right details to send me a replacement. The new camera came the next day. I have never in my life experienced a better customer service response from ANY purchase I've ever made. The footage/cameras themselves seem like a great investment, but even if you had any trouble, they absolutely do their best to help. I can't speak highly about that enough; I was really surprised how well they treated me.

The only issue i had during the whole experience was my email. The day after I made the initial purchase, I started getting hundreds of spam emails the next few days. They seemed to have stopped after the first week, but it was a lot. I don't believe the people helping me had anything to do with that though, and would still happily credit the company 5 stars for their products and service!

g900pro - The best dashcam + best after sales service

g900pro the best dashcam + rear view integrated mirror out there. Better than OEM Land Rover integrated ClearView mirror. Fast, reliable and they truly care. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend anyone looking for a quality Dashcam and service. Thank you.
