At first

At first, I was a loyal customer. My second order, I ordered a dress that ended up being way too small for my chest size. On delivery, I immediately reached out to effectuate a return or exchange (and they have a sketchy return policy). To this day (3 emails, 1 DM and 2 months later) still no response. I will never shop there again. Disrespectful

Don’t do it!!

Shocking customer service and company processes. Do not buy from here! I have been waiting for my refund for weeks and there has been absolutely no communication from this company. I have emailed them, contacted them via Instagram but it seems they are in no hurry to get back to me. I am shocked and disappointed especially when people are spending large amounts of money on their products. Seems like they want to keep the money for as long as possible in their bank accounts!!!

This store is a scam

This store is a scam. I purchased an order on 23 November for my wedding, by the 8th of December it hadn’t arrived and I was about to leave for the destination wedding so I asked to cancel and get a refund.

They told me it would take 14 days to process the order yet it’s been 6 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my refund.

Do not fall for this scam!!!

Very slow to process returns.

Very slow to process returns. I have returned a linen dress for which the fabric was much more lightweight than expected and that also didn't quite fit right.

My return arrived November 10 and as today December 9, it is still not processed.

They mentioned in their emails "This usually takes 1–2 weeks from the date of arrival but with Black Friday we’re a little behind."

It has been 4 weeks. Trust them at your own risk.

DO NOT ORDER! SCAM!

I ordered a dress to wear for my elopement. The company was VERY responsive when I was inquiring about purchasing. Swift responses, lots of emojis. Was that a potential red flag? The dress arrived and it was poor quality for the price (629 Euros). I started the return process immediately and hit so many dead ends. The return email bounced and directed me to email another address. That address bounced. Had to Google how to return the dress. Wolflamb finally sent me a link to a platform to return the item...and the platform delivered an error message. "We do not accept returns from your country." Emailed again requesting clarification. Wolflamb said they were experiencing issues with the platform and they'd get back to me. They never did. Finally I disputed the charges with my credit card.

Several days later the company sent me a link to return the items which worked. Are we back in business?? Can I finally end this ordeal?? I sent back the goods and received confirmation that they were received and would be processed soon.

Fast forward another month. Still no refund. Credit card has informed me the company is disputing my fraudulent charge. These people are SCAMMERS. What an annoying and stressful experience!!!

I ordered the dress end of May and it is now August. Brutal, brutal company.

Total Scam – Avoid at All Costs!

I bought a dress from them during the sales. When I tried it on, I realized it didn’t fit because the size was clearly wrong, and on top of that, the fabric was really poor quality. I paid for international shipping from Italy to Spain, but they were unavailable at the time of delivery. I sent email after email asking for a refund, but never received a reply. I wrote to them on Instagram, and they just told me to email the same addresses I had already contacted. In the end, the package was returned to me after a month. A double rip-off, because on top of the cost of the dress, I also had to pay for the return shipping. Embarrassing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM – IT’S A SCAM!

SCAM! Ensuring that you READ this!

Ensuring that you read this before you consider making a purchase! I’ve made a purchase on March 9th valued at 372 euros, and to date no communication or updates were provided by Wolflamb. Having said that, I wrote two emails, contacted on WhatsApp for an update - yet again, no update! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Terrible after-sales experience! Scammed?

After-sales experience to say the least terrible! I bought two identical dresses with different sizes in order to try them and return the wrong size. what can I say? after more than 1 month from receiving the return and several emails to customer service to request the refund that should have occurred within 15 days of receiving the package I continue to receive no answers and not even the refund! I fear that in the end they scammed me and therefore took the dress back and will never refund me!
crazy stuff!
if they don't refund me within a couple of days I will take legal action!
company to definitely stay away from!
shame because the clothes deserved it!

Do not buy - scam/incompetent

This company is either a scam or completely incompetent. I ordered two garments totalling £600. They did not confirm dispatch by the time they should have (several weeks, as you pre-order the garments), so I contacted them. No reply. I tried multiple methods, eventually got a response saying sorry for the delay, they'll be with you by [new date]. They did not arrive. I contacted again, this time requesting cancellation and refund as the event I wanted them for had passed (by this point, it was about 4 months after I ordered them). No reply. I emailed numerous times. I DM'd on instagram. I what's apped. Nothing. Eventually I said I would escalate it to the bank card company and got a reply; they cancelled the order and apologised. But the refund never came through. They carried on the pattern of ignoring, promising, and not doing the refund, until I opened a complaint with the bank card company. Eventually the card company recognised Wolflamb was at fault and compensated me, but as far as I know, Wolflamb itself has got away with this behaviour. I commented on their instagram posts warning people off and have seen other people do that too. DO NOT BUY.

SCAM - SNYDT FOR 430 EURO

Ingen refund efter returnering af kjole!! Frygtelig frygtelig FRYGTELIG oplevelse! Har returneret en kjole, som blev leveret tilbage til deres kontor i slutningen af august, og jeg har STADIG IKKE MODTAGET MINE PENGE RETUR. I starten svarede kundeservice mig, men nu har de ghostet mig i et par uger. Har forsøgt at få fat på dem på alle sociale medier samt alle deres tre forskellige mails, samt ringet til dem - intet svar. ALDRIG KØB HERFRA!

Terrible experience with customer…

Terrible experience with customer support and refunds.
I pre-ordered a dress and emailed them to ask if it could be delivered in time (like 5 weeks away) and they responded yes. Then I hear nothing from them until one week before I was supposed to use dress, that it won’t be delivered in time. They then ask me if I want to cancel and get a refund and I say yes. After that starts a 4 month long back and forth communication, where, if they answered at all, they kept saying they had paid me back but in practice not done it. It was an awful experience and the dress was on top of it really expensive, as if it was a high end brand. They also didn’t offer any discount or extra as compensation for the hassle. Be extremely careful with them!
