I had my MK5 VW caddy in for lowered suspension, a rear load bay roof lining and additionally an upgraded steering wheel. From the initial contact via email, followed up via a telephone call to the completion of the work, they were all amazing. I can not recommend them enough, especially with the MK5 vans, some companies in the same business need to learn from them on how to handle customers. Well done all at Wolfsburg Vans.
Thank you so much for your reply Mike. All the things that you say have been replaced on the van, which i have to say were diagnosed by your technicians, are still the same. The top mounts still squeak and make noise like before, gearbox sometimes grinds when trying to get into reverse, brakes squeak when i drive without stepping on the brake, and i can carry on and you are very aware of all these things. I was told you put new shocks, unfortunately one of colleagues just before i left your premises told me they were second hand that you had on the shelf. I was charged for top mounts and for almost 2 weeks i hired a car which you were supposed to reimburse me and you never did. So you make it out that you have fixed all issues on the van, unfortunately, the van still has all the issues that was brought in for on day 1.
So I bought what I thought was a dream van from Wolfsburg Vans, as you have to admit they look nice. Well I have driven 3k miles and I have owned the van for more then 6 months. The van has been in Wolfsburg Vans possession more then I have had it. Its a polished Turd I hate to say. I was sold a van with issues, and in fairness they tried to repair the van, unfortunately they are not mechanics, they are very good at fitting the vans up but I still have all the issues and more on this van and yet they tell me new parts have been installed, just for a 3rd party to tell me they are not new.
Completely gutted as I did live this van, now waiting to get rid. 😒😏

Firstly, we're genuinely sorry that your experience hasn't lived up to your expectations. We completely understand how frustrating it must be, particularly when this was a van you were excited to own.
Since you purchased the van, we've done everything we reasonably could to resolve the issues you've experienced. This included:
Refurbishing the gearbox.
Fitting a new genuine clutch.
Replacing the top mounts, shock absorbers, springs and drop links.
Carrying out further suspension work in an effort to eliminate the minor knock you reported.
Throughout this process we also supplied a courtesy van whenever yours was with us, and collected and returned your vehicle from your home to minimise the inconvenience.
We appreciate that the van has spent more time with us than either of us would have wanted. Unfortunately, despite the significant amount of work carried out, we haven't been able to achieve the outcome either of us was hoping for.
We take great pride in the vehicles we sell and the level of aftersales support we provide. While issues can occasionally arise with used commercial vehicles, what matters to us is how we respond, and we believe we've made every effort to support you throughout your ownership.
We genuinely wish you all the best moving forward and are sorry that this particular experience has left you feeling disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant service. MY EGR wrnt on my VW Caddy, rang the guys at Wolfsburg and they booked me straight in for the following day, i had shopped around locally (in Yorkshire) for pricing and advice but wasnt happy so when i contacted Wolfsburg they talked me through the process and the price was so much more reasonable. I had a Stage 1 map and also an EGR delete package and the van now runs so much better, more power BUT better fuel economy too. Best money i have spent 👍🏻
I drove from London five hundred miles round trip...well worth the effort for a re-map on my Caddy Maxi thanks Mike Andy and Big Mike...

WOW do these lads know what they are on about.Absolutely on top of the caddy game.Really impressed with the work they carried out for me.Remap,Big Brake Kit Calipers,Pads And Discs and lowering kit which is far better than the coilovers i already had on which Mike and Danny said would be.Vey very impressed and will definitely be back in the near future.Well done to all of the team and a real big thank you.
Went up to Manchester today from Cambridgeshire Had my Caddy lowered on eibach lowering springs by these guys. Quickly fitted to very high standard All the staff were very helpful and friendly Worth the travelling to get the job proffesionaly done Would highly recommend Wolfsburg Vans Also they do lots of Caddy body modifications Give them a call
Top company, had a rear seat conversion done in a caddy maxi about 3 years ago now, still perfect and working like brand new. Great job.

Great guys got my caddy maxi life in for a remap with dsg map and wow feels like a different van fully safe map and they know there stuff so glad I went to them and 100% worth the trip , I will be buying from them in the future with getting it all carpeted out 😀
