Email response to enquiry was excellent. Product was delivered at agreed time and was of good quality as described on their site. An error was corrected same day.

Good but could be better
It arrived 3 day’s late. Some of the boards has been damaged but I have managed to use it for the stuff I needed. So about 90% of timber was good quality! I gave only 3 stars because there is still where to improve! I know it’s a hard time to everyone, so u did better than I expected. I would definitely by again. 👍

Online ordering was easy and no hassle with payment, receipt delivered to confirm payment. However, no indication how long delivery would be an no contact to inform delivery imminent!

timber order
A bit of a mix up in the office, can not get in touch as answer phone box was always full so you can not leave a message. E-mail was not replied to.
I had to drive out to wolf timber and saw the crew who gave me a number for the yard boss.everything was very good from that point onwards. Delivery was prompt and delivery guy very good.
I will use again
