Beware all UK customers, Wolven takes no responsibility for missing parcels. I paid £47.40 for some yoga pants plus £24.65 postage. It was supposed to be delivered 6 weeks later. It never arrived and I have no come back.

Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my inquiry. He was quick to respond and I appreciate his ability to work with my requests for my order. This was one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I have ever had, will definitely be a returning customer!

Not sure who from the team I was communicating with - but I really appreciated the support with processing my order manually as there were some issues on the website and when I reached out via chat bot for support, someone got back to me the next day - advised on the best size for me to pick and quickly sent me the invoice and processed the shipment.

Extremely helpful customer service when I had an issue applying a discount code. They promptly resolved my problem and applied the code on their end for me.

When i had a check out issue Brandon applied to my question promptly and i was able to sort out very quickly. Bu tge way the same week i bought a hat from Ratboi and i recognised they use same shoppay system and there was no problem to check out so i think it would be great if you can look into why it doesn't allow to select South Korea as destination country for future time !

So I'm pretty new to Wolven Law, and I just wanted to share my experience so far. Brandon Wolven has been amazing! He's super knowledgeable and really knows how to put my mind at ease. I feel totally comfortable working with him.

He's clearly in high demand (which is awesome!), but it does mean things take a little longer than you might expect. I get it – lawyers are busy, and it's not like they can focus on only one case at a time. It's reassuring to know that even when I'm feeling a little anxious about my case, I can always touch base with Brandon and get a clear plan for checking in on its progress.

What I really appreciate is how communicative he is. Some lawyers disappear until the day of court, but I talk to Brandon regularly. It makes a huge difference!

Brandon was is absolute rockstar!! My shipment was delayed and seemed to have gotten lost, however Brandon went above and beyond to find the package's whereabouts and was super kind despite my frustration. As others have mentioned he is super kind, quick to respond and understanding.

I ordered from Wolven Threads for the first time (2 items). One of the items I need to return. It's been almost 2 weeks since I emailed Wolven and I have gotten no response. I emailed more than once and also submitted two inquiries about the return process via their website's "Contact Us" form. Still NOTHING. I wish I was getting the same great customer service as some of these reviewers. As of now I will not order from this company again. Not being able to get in touch with them or get a reply is so confusing & frustrating. At this point I don't even trust they will refund me if I send the item back.

I bought to full sets for my wife and she just loves them.

Maybe Wolven should consider the service you have provided for people when you are asking for reviews! Especially when you do not have products, don't know when you are going to have the products (or if you even will reorder them) and do not respond to customer service requests timely when someone is actively trying to buy your product...
