I purchased an item that cost £179 in December 2022.
When I purchased the website stated FREE DELIVERY.
Unbeknown to me I was charged £50 import charges because the product came from Italy.
Yes, I was aware of Brexit (of course I was.)
However, I believe when a seller STATES FREE DELIVERY on his/her website then it should be free....... otherwise, I feel it to be a misleading statement !!
But, e-bay knew this all along.

The product I purchased was a Polar Pacer Pro Sports Watch & Heart Rate Monitor.
These watches are rugged training items & you can use them for Swimming, Rock Climbing, Skiing & loads of other sports.

So, they have a longer shelf life than UNDER 3 years (I should know, I've been wearing the same brand of watch since I started running over 30 years ago.)
The item I purchased from wondersmall has had it, it's stopped working & is broken........ also, the warranty is out of date as it's only valid for 2 years.

I feel wondersmall is very deceiving.

He/she complained to the 3rd party (e-bay) that I purchased from & bullied them to take down my negative review....... so they did.
We all know whom the 3rd party is, because millions of people buy items from this website everyday !!!!
That popular website is e-bay.

I'm quite curious as to know why he/she only responds to NEGATIVE reviews !!!!
Maybe that's because his rating on the 3rd party website (e-bay) is something like 98.8% positive !
Maybe he/she has bullied other major websites (e-bay) into taking down negative reviews.
It also makes me wonder WHY he/she has a 98.8 positive reviews !!!

Does he/she write them his/herself !!!!!!!!!!!
Or, does e-bay love him/her so much that they write his/her reviews for him/her !!!!!

Ero alla ricerca di un orologio "Citizen Fugu" e mi sono imbattuto in questo store online, informandomi ho capito si trattasse di una boutique rinomata nel settore di accessori di pregio e da allora mi trovo qui oggi a recensire Wondersmall prima ancora di ricevere il mio terzo orologio acquistato da loro per dire con assoluta certezza che non potrei aver fatto scelta migliore nell'affidarmi a loro. Grazie di tutto.

The company will promise to do something for you regarding packaging and shipping then, later, simply forget to do so and come around and say "abiding by your request is our discretion and not a right for you."
The staff can be very vindictive and witch-hunt you if you upload any negative comments.
They sent me an ink bottle that was leaking and yet I gave them positive feedback. Upon placing a second order (which was strictly contingent upon a certain way of valuation of the product), I was assured that the package will be valued and declared as per my request (they did not have any problem doing so last time). However, much to my surprise and dismay, FedEx demanded an additional $100 upon the arrival of the package.
When I confronted Wondersmall about it, it was clear that they had simply "forgotten" about my request. When I uploaded my honest review on eBay, they went out of their way and got it removed. If only they had shown such initiative while processing my orders (leaking ink bottle + valuation of my package), this situation would not have arisen.
On the top of that, the executive (or whatever) of Wondersmall has the arrogance to inform me that my feedback has been removed and tried various methods to intimidate me into pulling it down myself before speaking volumes about their attitude. Buyers beware. They will lure you into starting a conversation on WhatsApp, and if you place an order on eBay, they will simply not abide by any special request made on WhatsApp stating, "why did you place your order on one platform and request us to do something on another?" They are crooks.

Trovato nello store online prodotto ormai introvabile, consegna veloce e prezzo più che onesto.
