Absolutely brilliant face on a spoon!

My order was cancelled 10 days after the purchase due to pressures around Christmas. I understand this but am absolutely outraged that it took the seller this long to let me know after already informing me my order was ready to be sent out! I’m a big supporter of small businesses but would not recommend this one. Poor communication
