The Wood Fuel Co-Operative are a really fantastic company. Their products are great and they describe and advise about their use in a really helpful way. If you need to phone for any reason, the call is answered straight away and you get friendly and polite assistance. All in all they are efficient and reliable. I’ve been using them for a few years now and wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my wood burning necessaries.

This is a great product. Its lasts a long time & is a clean to use fuel. Easy to store.

We've been using Wood Fuel Co-op for at least 10 years and we rate them very highly indeed. The products are consistently excellent (Beech Nestro and Woodlets are our usual items). Every order (usually at least 1 x 1-tonne pallet per year) has been superbly handled from the order through to the delivery - delivery for us is via a third-party courier (usually Palletways/Caledonia Logistics) and that has also always been spot-on.

The office staff and ordering by computer are always excellent but it was the helpfulness of the delivery courier from Palletways (Inverness) who impressed me this time. Careful with our gate, innovative in positioning the load and even returned everything back after leaving the consignment on the carport.

The product was well rapped to protect from rain and delivered from a helpful and polite driver

This company is great, I have been dealing with them for several years, based on past good experience I decided to place a bigger order this year.

A truly professional company. They will always go the extra mile to make sure your pallet delivery goes smoothly… no mean feat! I have used the Beech Nestro for sometime now and am delighted a smaller version - Beech Baby are available now. Significantly smaller, easier to handle and store but equally reliable. They burn well with delightful dancing flame.. what’s not to love!

Single phone call and three days later we were restocked with 3 pallets. Excellent service.
