I recently bought an Everhot from Woods in Dorchester .
Jo the lovely sales lady was excellent throughout the process - found all the information I needed and even attended to my hydration and dietary requirements given the heat of the day.

Efficient and friendly, fantastic delivery and furniture build by Dylan and George. Highly recommended.

Brought a set of 2 bar stools in the sale. Very pleased with my purchase. I was also extremely impressed with the excellent personal level of customer service I received from Eliza at the Dorchester store. Right from the initial greeting she was friendly, and went out of her way, going that extra mile to help me locate the set as originally the items were out of stock. She took my details and managed to source them from another store and called me, reserving them for me. I then collected them from the warehouse and she kindly kept me informed every step of the way. She even followed up to see if everything was ok and if I was happy with my purchase. In fact I could not be happier with my bar stools. They are such good quality, look very stylish and are the perfect height with foot rests, as well as being super comfortable. Thank you so much Eliza, well done. I would highly recommend Woods, and I will definately be returning for more furniture.

Easy to order and great delivery service. The quality of the sheepskin is amazing. We are using it as a throw on our lovely ercol sofa also purchased from woods. It looks lovely and is so soft.

Woods have provided reliably good products and service to us, for furnishing our show house at Brewers Quay in Weymouth. We would like to thank Anya for her excellent customer service and also to the warehouse assistant who was so helpful getting the dining table into my car when we used the click and collect option. The sofa and large items' delivery was also reliable and friendly. Great local business!

Hi just wanted to write about my recent experience with woods furniture, This was with regards to a return which in all fairness with a fault that had appeared after about 10 months from purchase. The original sales was excellent, Above what I've ever experienced, And with regards to the return the support and service was again excellent. I checked out the reviews previously about woods furniture and it was very positive, The aftercare and support has been excellent aswell. The returns process was excellent so its just not about the service selling but if an issue occurs you can be sured that they will give you the same customer service, Paul the advisor has kept us updated and its been a pleasure to deal with. No doubt I will be an ongoing customer and would definitely recommend to anyone. This is a great company with a great service, Guy Hillman , Rct , South Wales. Fantastic selection of quality furniture. The team were extremely helpful. Mark and Dillon who delivered our sofas and chair were great, everything put into place and all packaging removed. Thanks guys

Good service from start to finish, kept up to date with delivery day. When delivered the old mattress was taken away and the new one installed. They wore overshoes to protect the new carpet.

Two Gorgeous new Ekornes Stressless chairs, delivered with care by Dylan, who stripped off all the packaging and placed them for us, all whilst trying not to stare as I had recently been stung in the face and looked like a Kardashian. Smooth process all round, time frames managed well, happy to recommend / use this company again.

My dining corner bench was in the sale and such a reasonable price. I placed my order but clicked collection instead of delivery, I w contacted Woods in the evening and had an email back first thing in the morning from Anya. She allowed me to pay the extra fee for delivery and my corner bench was delivered the following week. The whole service was fabulous and the bench is absolutely beautiful.
