More expensive but better quality
We had samples from a couple of different acoustic panel companies but WoodUpp felt better quality. The panels are easy to cut with a handsaw and minute adjustments were done with sandpaper to get the panels fitted perfectly. The panels were well packaged and delivered quickly.

Top quality acoustic panels
Couldn't be happier with the choice. WoodUp acoustic panels are of an extremely high quality, looking amazing and fairly easy to install. I started the project with free samples, accurate measurements to order the right quantity and installation hardware. Using the right tools, it was a fun to cut them to a desired length and glue them on to the wall securing with screws as well. Got a TV bracket too, which was super easy to mount, led strip lights and some hanging nobs or shelves will follow soon. Very satisfied with the product, service including delivery and installation. Now time to enjoy it. Thanks

Great product fast delivery
Great product fast delivery. I was concerned how it would hold such a big TV but it’s so strong. Only down side were the instructions the QR takes you to a web page that didn’t work for me so I figured it out.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent, but as yet I’ve not been able to fix the tv unit to the wall as I’ve haven’t finished the decoration!

very easy to order what i wanted and can’t wait to put the panelling up (unfortunately have to redecorate the bedroom first!). looks very good quality and the company were a joy to deal with. would highly recommend!

A wonderful embrace
I’ve just installed my first embrace one unit. Everything about my experience with this company from start to finish has been amazing. First of all there is high demand for this product so I had to wait but they let me know as soon as it was available. I placed an order and it was dispatched the same day and arrived to working days later. The product is really exceptionally high-quality. It was packaged extremely carefully with mimimim
Waste. It was very easy to assemble and very easy to put into position even though I was on my own and it feels very sturdy and a very high-quality. I was worried how this was going to look in my lounge but it looks absolutely amazing. Can’t recommend strongly enough.

Product fine, but delivey packaging limited and thus risk of damage
No issues with quality of product however some of the corners of the panels were damaged slightly, i think better corner protection would help in future to reduce this.
Understandably woodup cannot control loading/unloading damage by a delivery team but for the price of the panels you woukd expect the corners to better protected.

Well made products
Well made products. Items came quick. Worked out how to fit the large TV bracket (still not sure where the felt goes), and it does a perfect job. The grey infills also do the perfect job of hiding the wires!

The Akupanel (Rustic Antique Oak) panels arrived in reasonably good time and smelt nice, they looked nice too...
I wasn't impressed with the 80 squid postage costs however, as they're not that heavy (the large ones too) and it was a doddle unloading them. I spend over a grand so really postage should be free ? No?
I looked carefully at the wall I was planning on fixing them to and realised as my house is old (old old) I'd knacker it, so I found a local Carpenter to do it instead.
He did a Sterling job but vowed never to offer to fix any of these panels (or one's like it) again. It's not as easy as you'd be lead to believe folks, so beware.
They do look like good quality mind you and have deffo made an impact to the room acoustics..
I think if the postage had been free (see, I'm still moaning about that !) and if they'd been a little more in keeping with competitors prices it would have been 4 *.
Ah well, they're up now and look pretty good.

We understand your frustration regarding the delivery costs. While we always aim to keep shipping as low as possible, factors like fuel prices and the wider global economy mean that offering free delivery isn’t something we’re able to sustain at the moment. That said, we’re continually reviewing our logistics to ensure we keep costs as fair as we can.
We also appreciate your honest feedback about the installation process. While many customers do install the panels themselves, we recognise that older properties or certain wall types can make things more challenging, and bringing in a professional was a sensible call.

The quality was not as good as I was expecting
After doing a lot of research I went with Woodupp being the premium choice. 2 of the panels were damaged but Woodup went above and beyond to rectify this. Ignore the fee for returns if any items are damaged Woodup do not expect you to pay for returns. As i made the decision to keep the items i was given a gesture of goodwill refund. This was given in a proactive follow up. I did not request or was I expecting this.
I wish all companies had this level of customer service it removes all doubt of buying on line.
I'm really happy with the impact these panels have and I will definitely buy from WoodUpp again when I turn my attention to my bedroom.

Okay, but dont use EVRI
OKay, order went missing with EVRI as expected, asked them to send via Royal Mail, received next day! Also black cable covers not in stock, signed up for email alerts on restock, got nothing in email, then found out they were back in stock online, so if you offer the notification, please send it!

Thank you for your review. I’m so sorry to hear that Evri lost your initial sample order, although I’m glad we were able to quickly arrange for a replacement set to be sent via Royal Mail and that it arrived the next day.
I’m also sorry that you didn’t receive the stock notification for the black cable covers. Our automatic restock alerts are normally very reliable, so this is unusual to hear. We’ll raise this with our IT team to investigate further. In the meantime, I’m pleased you were able to secure a set once they were back in stock.

Oak shelf
Excellent shelf well worth the price and looks great on the slat wall. Just one thing the black screw tops provided could the thread be a little longer as i could not tighten them as too short had to use some allen key screws.

Regarding the black thumb screws, our CREATE accessories are specifically designed to be installed on WoodUpp panels. As your shelf was installed on panels purchased elsewhere, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the fittings will work.
