Woofer worked well at first, then when i needed help they immediately ghosted me. No responses for DAYS. They're nice and usually professional but a simple key unlock should NOT take days. I feel like this is the only way to actually contact them. Aim ticket #0185 and I feel like i've just been treated poorly. I joined the server the day they made it and was very quick to make a ticket, why such a long wait? Hire more mods. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, instead I would look for a more reliable team.

TLDR; Woofer works great but if you have any problem with it expect weeks for any more response from support.

I do not recommend buying any product in woofer and expected for more than a month without any response only comments "Sorry wait for an answer" try all steps update everything they told me change everything they told me and still not work I got tired of trying and asked for my refund when I asked for refund they contradict each other saying that they only do the refund with cryptos and then tell me that if they accept it but prefer crypto to then tell me the same and the same again and when I finally got the ticket sent to woofer (Owner / founder) they told me to wait for the answer wait for the answer and so all the time so I do not recommend buying in woofer if you want proof : Baldstrafe # 7467 exactamente abri el ticket el — 12/08/2022 and the last text i send was 7/01/2023

After wait for like 3 months the bank finally refund the money, but the bad experience still there the woofer didn't fix my problem doesn't work and the assist its really bad

YOO this woofer unbanned me on fortnite i can play legit now support slow but all instruction is good ! they fixed my motheboard issue i got from other spoofer (sky woof ) pasted lmao woofer pro On top !!

woofer is amazing never had a bad experience, staff was super helpful always being patient with me.

I purchased Woofer from wooferpro.com, I put down all my information. It has been 2 days now and I haven't received the key. I've opened a ticket asking for a refund ticket-2710, but still they won't give me a refund instead they told me to provide proof of payment, email, and the shop I purchased from. I did all that but support still won't acknowledge the fact that I've asked for a refund.

Edit: I've been given the refund, Woofer was really friendly I don't know why people is saying this is a scam.

This woofer very good and safe and trusted very fast change hwid and easy to use if you guy first time use it might be take 20 or 25 if you hard to understand what they said but if you easy to understand they might take 15 and 10 minute to use very good and safe.

I would love to give 5 Stars because I know that this product works, (tested it on Valorant) but it was a hard process to get woofer working. The Support (which is a bit slow, but the amount of ticket they need to handle is really high so I dont care as long as it works) said that I used a different spoofer and that wasn't the case, after they connected to my pc via AnyDesk and ran a program i was able to woof and was unbanned. Since Woofer is advertising that they can get you unbanned from FiveM, i wanted to try it (didn't work). I am now 7 Days in and the support progress is really slow.
The main issue from Woofer is that the support has to manually do something on your computer to make the woof work (my point of view, for many people its working like a charm). I am a bit sad that my FiveM problem hasn't been resolved yet, but i am sure it will be done.

I bought this spoofer as i hope can spoof my hwid and let me enjoy the game back. But it never does, i follow the steps, but the reality never as their instructions i got error that they cant even solve it quickly as the common error, license verifying also has error, support is really worst, the worst ever for product i've been paid for that price, the support just reply about waiting the woofer to solve it, but woofer never come. or i will back here later if something is solved. for now i dont know about the product i've been paid for

Hi, I heard that woofer is the best place to go to spoof ur hwid, however, I followed the instructions step by step and got banned after playing one game, I then made a new account and was able to play up to 7 games before account got perm banned (playing with no cheats) I was told that their woofer is down but I did see no announcement, so I didn’t like that also their tickets are always locked in their discord so that sucks, I would just like them to assist me in getting my pc woofed until my ban is over that way I can revert back to my old settings and continue playing if they could add me and actually help, I’ll come back here and tell you guys

Woofer works over all but doesn't work for the game I bought it for as promised on their site it is supposed to support valorant hwid spoof but I still got auto detected by valorant anti cheat and was banned immediately. I tried reaching out to support om discord server but it's been almost 2 days and haven't gotten a reply on the issue
