A really enjoyable day out, the Caves are fantastic, the guides were really knowledgeable and engaging. Outside the Caves there is plenty for children to do.

Would of been 5 stars but 2 emails 9 days apart to say it had dispatched and then 2 days after the last email my order arrived. Very Slow delivery or misleading notifications.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
We should explain that we do not hold any of our clothing in stock onsite, every item is made to order by a third-party print-on-demand company. They normally have a quick turnaround, but on this occasion the delivery was slower than we’d like, which unfortunately falls outside of our control.
We’re sorry the wait wasn’t up to our usual standard. If an order ever arrives outside our stated 3–5 working day delivery window, we’d always encourage customers to get in touch with us directly first, as it gives us the chance to look into it and put things right for you.
Thanks again for your custom — we hope to serve you again soon.

5 stars for the beers 1 for the delivery
5 stars for the beers!
Brilliant ales with real depth of flavour and no headaches as they are canned and so no sediment. The can artwork and names evoke the magic of the region and its caves.
1 star for the delivery:
Ordered Sun 28th July & emailed 2nd Aug as hadn’t heard anything. Was told the courier had not collected my order, which was then marked as sent on 3rd Aug and received 6th Aug. I accept that shizz happens but i was on holiday in Somerset only 14 miles from the brewery, so 9 days to deliver for £5.99 is excessive & the beers came right at the end of my stay. Maybe widening the free local delivery to 15 miles would be good (my local brewery offers free delivery over a 20 mile radius). The discount vouchers included in the order were thoughtful but i’ll maybe pop into the brewery shop next time.
