Products are as expected, and came fast :-)

I had issues with the costumer service and my order, but after they finally answered my mail they were helpful. And they managed to send my order correctly

The quality is good, but it was a bit of a hassle to get all my items. So 3 stars from me

Har kun prøvet T-shirts, godt farvekort og god kvalitet.

Some parts where broken, the plastic caps of the elastic pull zippers where missing or broken.
Overearlly the product is very good for the price and the quality is satisfactory.

Appreciate the customer service I had received from Mig! I was accidentally shipped out the wrong pieces, but immediately he made sure they shipped out the right pieces. It shipped quickly! However, ended up having an issue with UPS (which is out of Wordans + Migs hands) because they had lost the package, and even with that - Mig was dedicated to getting the issue resolved and I was re-shipped new pieces a second time which also shipped out so quickly. So I am definitely happy with the experience and will stick with this company! The replies to e-mails was really fast as well!

I ordered 4 different black T-shirts at Wordans, when I received them, they were all the same model, although the descriptions on the homepage all differed immensely. Some of the "models" were even available in different colors.

They won't give me my money back.

Arrogance still prospers in France.

I feel defrauded.

Wordans refunded me, so I am raising the score from 1 star to 3.

If you are prepared to wait more than 2 days for delivery (My orders arrived in apprx 1-2 weeks) everything is smooth.
I order all my “Fruit of the loom” basics from Wordans and i am happy with price/quality/delivery.
No complaints - happy customer 👍🏻

Almost gave up ordering from this company, because of all the bad rewrites, but I gave it a shot anyway and I must say I was't disappointed, confirming email right after purchase and delivery to my doorstep on day eight. The product is as described and especially the light grey V neck t-Shirts where in a fantastic color.... So all in all it was an extraordinarily good experiences to deal with this company... Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but otherwise great product and I am very satisfied! I also was very happy with the price.

I ordered 15 shirts and payed 14$ for 1-2 days shipping. I haven’t heard a word from them at its been 9 days now.
When i placed the order it said “an email has been send to you with the order confirmation” but i never received it!!! Unbelievable bad service.
It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

they didn't give me a message that it got delivered, and I paid for so it could get delivered at home. but instead, it got delivered at a supermarket, and I didn't get a message or an email. and then it got send back to were it was shipping from. and I didn't get my money back, and I haven't heard from them since. I paid 1395dkk

The product I bought was decent. Wordans service was bad. Said it would be shipped and received within 72 hours...didnt receive it for 8 days, at least. When I inquired with customer service, their response was less than sympathetic.

The products are great and the colours are well matching the ones you’re seeing on the website.

I looked for some cheap trucker caps, and found them at Wordans.dk.
But in return I had to pay 14 EUR in shipping. They said it would take 5-7 days for the shipping, and that I would be able to track it all the way, but ended up taking 15 days before I got my order and their tracking system was terrible.
I had to write 7 times and ask them where my order was, and mostly they did'nt know, but asurred me, that I would get it soon. Still I got it 8-10 days after it should have been here.
It's really not worth it. I mean the caps are ok quallity, but I can get them elsewhere, where the shipping costs are not that expensive, the customer care is better, and the tracking system works..
I'm not doing that again.

I bought 8 pieces and wanted to return 7 of them. So I wrote - twice - as Wordans say on there website I should, but never heard back from them. Now I'm stuck with seven pieces of clothes that don't fit.

I ordered 9 shirts. 2 were too large so I ordered the smaller size. The second delivery (Standard delivery 2-3 days) took 10 days.
No response to 5 emails requesting return for refund of the two shirts that were too large.
I will not use this company again.

Good items, and good prices.
Very (extremely) long shipping time!
