Extremt dåligt.
Jag reklamerade några produkter för att de var felsydda.
Fick betala returfrakt för mer än vad tröjorna kostade och när jag påpekade detta vägrade de att betala tillbaka.
Kommer aldrig handla där igen!

I had trouble with my order being sent in two separate packages with one of the packages not being notified as expected and not delivered with the other. Sent a mail to the customer service team where Jade picked up my case and truly showed customer service care. She was sorry for the misinformation regarding the one package and immediately sorted things out and responded quickly. If you have any questions regarding delivery or you are scared of not getting the help you need, you will. And again s/o to Jade for the easy support!

Cab you please respond to my e-mails? I would like to know where my merchandise is.

Efter 2 år saknar jag fortfarande stor del av min beställning. Fick cirka 60% av beställningen inom rimlig tid, sen efter cirka 10 samtal och 2 år så har jag fortfarande inte sett resterande.

Detta är ett bluff företag som tydligt har köpt positiva omdömen.

Mitt paket var mycket försenat och jag fick en tröja fel i storlek. Mycket besviken.

var extremt nojig före, under och efter beställningen. Hade läst mycket om att där var krångel och mög, men jag var låst till att beställa härifrån så gjorde det ändå.
Beställde en söndag och varuhuset i nordvästra frankrike skickade på måndagen. På torsdagen kunde jag hämta ut paketet, vilket var snabbare än väntat! Som andra på internetet har skrivit fanns där ingen retursedel i paketet vilket är extremt dåligt. Dock var allt i både rätt storlek och färg så jag slapp böka med kundtjänsten, så kan hålla med eller förneka andras anklaganden om att den skulle vara dålig. Jag kommer beställa därifrån igen.

Bra kvalitet på kläderna, storleken var perfekt och leveransen gick rimligt fort med tanke på att den inte skickades från Sverige

Allt har fungerat felfritt. Fått allt jag beställt och varorna (byxor) ser bra ut. Ganska dyr frakt. Leverans på tre dagar. Inga problem.
