Please if you or anyone you know/love are thinking of booking with this company DO NOT BOOK
At the outset all appears good, they explain they will sort accommodation, jobs transfers etc and they communicate well, until you have paid what they want and then they let you down, massively!
-No transfer given
-Accommodation was disgraceful (nobody expects 5 star but this is totally unacceptable)
-Extra money demanded before you can get into the accommodation
-No work lined up
-But for me the worst and most worrying thing of this experience is that in the middle of the night someone let themselves into the accommodation to turn off the air con (which had been paid for as one of the extras)

This company should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves

Would 100% recommend doing a season through workers family!

Currently doing my 3rd season in Ayia Napa with the company and have had consistent support throughout from all reps.Even from my first season i have been giving multiple opportunities in different jobs, from VIP hostess, PR, and bar work.

Couldn’t imagine spending my summers any other way👏🏻

I have been in email contact with Gillian ! She has now stopped any communication which I am doing on behalf of my daughter whom has been scammed! I sent pictures of the disgusting state of the apartment which she ignored , her response was air con is expensive ! I stated she had to pay for transfers her reply my daughter arrived a day early …which she did but stayed in another hotel so in fact arrived on the correct day for free transfer ..instead the girls had to pay 50 euros..another added cost ! My daughter has paid a lot of money for this so called working holiday !!! 600 for grim accommodation and extra 325 on arrival plus flights ..for what nothing !! No job no help !She is a student, all her savings gone on this trip !! They should be ashamed !! The reviews saying it’s 5 star are clearly fake !!!!

I came to Malia for my first time this season and I was welcomed straight away. As a solo traveler coming out for their first time I was worried that I wasn’t going to make friends and that I’d be on my own. The second I arrived in Malia the reps were already waiting for me to get off the plane and had my transfer to the accom sorted for me which made my life so easy. I’ve been here for a week now and everyone always goes out as a big group with the reps so you feel secure and it makes so it easy to mingle with everyone. I’ve been out here for a week now and I’ve just requested to stay another month, would recommend💕💕

Utterly disgusting the money you pay these people and you get nothing like what they advertise, no free WiFi no help finding jobs all they give you is basic accommodation and that's it you even have to pay for bedding and the deposit you pay you never see that back either these people are scammers getting you out there then leave you on your own to find work your better off just going out there yourself and looking for work you will save a fortune

Biggest rip off around once you get to the resort you pay yet more money there's no free WiFi whatsoever, they don't have any jobs for you or help you to get any jobs your expected to go out and find them yourself although they advertise that they will find you work with ease it is just a big scam your better off just going over getting your own accommodation and finding work stay as far away from these as you can

amazing time, second year doing a season abroad with workers family and again it’s been an experience of a lifetime. The people were very kind, Ammo Mitch and Byron made you feel very welcomed and sorted us out with everything that we needed.

Coming to Ayia Napa with workers family was the best decision I could have made, from the minute I applied the reps were helpful throughout my journey over, When I landed the process of collecting my room key was smooth and informative. I have been in Napa a month now and the entire time, Mitch, Byron and Amo have been trustworthy and any problems I had with my accommodation were dealt with immediately.

Good for the money and experience, could have been more helpful when asking to fix stuff because we waited about 3 weeks for a toilet light bulb apart from that all good. Reps took us to event and parties and we had a really good time!

Really class experience so far alex and Ryan couldn’t have been more welcoming. Two really nice down to earth guys. I was so anxious coming out on my own but I’ve made friends for life and would recommend everyone to do it x

Had such a good time the boys were so lovely and welcoming especially ryan and alex. Had an easy time finding a job because they took us down to the bars to help. They planned loads of activities for us and never had nothing to do. Ryan and alex went out of there way to make sure we all felt safe and enjoyed our time.

Loving being in Zante with everyone. Don’t want to go home. Will be doing it again next year. Alex and Ryan have been great with us

Having an amazing experience so far with workers family, the reps have been absolutely amazing especially Ryan and Alex they have been extremely helpful and have made me feel really settled in, I have already paid to stay the whole June when I was only meant to stay a month. Definitely coming back next year to do another season with workers family.

I came out with Workers Family to Ayia Napa on the 15th April and I have loved the experience so far!

Kyle has taken me to the best beaches in Napa to Nissi Beach and a couple other spots. We even got discounts on the jet skis as a worker.

Bradley sorted out and arranged a job for me straight away.

They have been very helpful so far showing me around and I’m now extending my stay because I am enjoying myself so much.

I’m so happy I came with Workers Family as they are the best company I have used.

Had the most amazing 3 seasons abroad with Workers Family! Reps have been nothing but helpful both before arrival in resort and whilst there, making everything as easy and enjoyable as possible! For anyone looking to get out of the UK for the summer and live their best life I couldn’t recommend workers family enough🙌🏼

Big up Workers Family! Flew out with them for my first summer in Ayia Napa and everything was exactly how I thought it’d be. The reps were proper helpful throughout the whole time I was there and sorted everything out. Events every day and out every night. Ayia Napa with Workers Family is the place to be!
