Tasha is the best
Tasha makes you feel very welcome and the other members too. Classes are fun, varied, but also a good workout. They suit all abilities. Tasha is a great instructor, she's the best. Always mixing it up, so it never gets boring. Once I started doing Tasha's classes, I've never stopped. She always puts the fun into fitness with a smile.

Always fun and exciting classes with a mix of old and new moves so you are always challenged - amazing tune selection you leave feeling way better than when you arrive (but tired)

Pilates with Tasha
Pilates with Tasha is 3/4 hr. Of exercise. Fun and laughter at times. Always taught with a smile and clear instructions.
