Customer Order Experience.
I placed an order for items. I emailed and phoned them first to check if items were in stock. They confirmed to me they are. Based on the information given to me which I accepted in good faith, I placed an order. Two weeks later still waiting for what was an urgent order for us.
Transpired from another sales representative that the items were not in stock when i enquired. Since then they are blaming courier and a high demand for the product, distribution issues. I managed to get a tracking reference and the couriers website tells me they have not received any items from them to deliver to us. I was told quite confidently that I could expect the order to be delivered between 9 to 5 on Monday 6th June.. Today is the 7th June.
The only positive I can give is they answer calls.

no returns lol
paid on the 3rd dec its now the 12th not heard a thing and so i telephoned to cancel the order to be told I cant....lol lets see who wins this one

Worse company ever - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Worse company ever the directors son ins the manager who has no customer service skills either and a attitude that smells, delivery lead times are misleading also and not true or accurate when disputed they cancel your order, a business that is not transparent profit motivated and no customer value or respect
