Had cavity wall insulation fitted 25th July and the installer made an unbelievable mess with the insulation beads and glue. There are tiny grey bead ms everywhere and he stained my garden patio with the glue. We were supposed to have extractor fans fitted as part of the installation; it's been over a month now and still nobody has come to do them. I've rang multiple times and emailed twice but still nothing. Work work are in breach of the terms of the funding that allows them to claim back the money by not installing the extractors at the same time as the insulation as it can lead to damp. I'll be complaining to some sort of ombudsman shortly, avoid them like the plague is my advice.

We contacted them and they answered very quickly and work was carried out the next day. The gentlemen who came was very polite and explained the process to us and we are very pleased with the results

I just had room in a loft insulated absolutely excellent work. Neat tidy hygiene top workmen’s ship went extra miles to finish job.

Now hopefully I am awaiting External Solid wall insulation and more better boiler than I got at monument.

If only could give no stars they carried out some work at my property mainly vents valves loft ok so far ? Never got back to me and they said they would contact me within a week and a half Never happened phoned numerous times they even put the phone down on me when I gave them my name kept ringing they ignore my calls I wasn't given any paperwork some one was supposed to call at my property to check the work that had been carried out no one showed up so I don't know where I stand with the second part of the work mainly outside insulation I don't even know if they have charged for all the work including the outside insulation I no on will communicate with me how am I to know if I can get some other company to carry out the work I have emailed phoned tryed to contact them on Facebook where I first came across this company so don't know where to turn now ???

Only did half the job . Keep naking excuses as to when they will return to complete job. Also got me to sign for the work ...i was assuming they would have completed this in couple of days been a month still waiting.

Workworkltd fitted central heating,external wall insulation and loft installation in early 2022. Nothing but problems 4 x water leaks, broken toilet,boiler continually broke down ( workworkltd failed to earth the boiler),broken outside tap,floorboards not refitted correctly, not placing water pipes where agreed and finally render coming away from 2 walls.
DO NOT USE WORKWORKLTD IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY!

Work Work Ltd carried out the assessment and completed the grant jobs, extractor fan for the bathroom, loft insulation and rather than installing another extractor fan in the kitchen they kindly changed the cooker hood.
