Brilliant service everything ran like clock work always replied to emails and kept us in the loop all guides tours and transfers were excellent pleased with the hotels also. You cant get better than 5 star.

A good company and great pepole to deal with Extensive knowledge of the locations and the ability to change an itinerary to suit changing circumstances. Or first experience of dealing with a specialist travel company and what a different it has made to our usual India travel planning.We'll be back!. I called 3 weeks ago and i spoke to Nick i booked a holiday for 3 people to Tanzania , i paid a depost of £200 and i was meant to pay for the rest of money after 3 days. For unseen circumstances my father in law had a heart attack, i called Nick to explain that i won't be able to finish the rest of rhe money for now because of the incident. My father in law passed away after 2 day, i called Nick if he could refund the money because now we have a funeral we need all the money. Unfortunately he refuse, please we are all human sometimes you plan something and it doesn't happen the way you planned. Am just pleading with you to refund my money could be small amount of money to others but for me and for what we are going throu i would appreciate if i get it back. Thanks

Where is my money?
full amount paid but have never received any flight ticket. Do not buy your flight tickets with this travel agent. It’s a rip-off

It is one of the worst travel agencys feeding on desperate travellers (who have to travel on compassionate cases). On 12 Feb 18 I reserved two tickets for my wife and her sister to travel from Birmingham to Kathmandu that night but John (the chap who organised tickets) sent us tickets fro London to Kathmandu.

When we said we can’t go to London as we had specifically asked for Birmingham departure he just wouldn’t listen, instead tried to force us to go to London by hook or crook even using his manager to persuade us. When we asked them to cancel our ticket they said we had to pay two hundred pounds despite the this chaos being created by them.

Whilst in the process of cancelling they managed to find us again new tickets departing Birmingham but costing extra hundreds of pounds which we couldn’t afford.

We ultimately had to cancel it but despite our various requests to refund or two hundred pounds they have not returned our money or taken any other action besides answering back with a very lame excuse of an email.

I would advise everyone to avoid this company like plague as their only aim is to exploit desperate travelers of their situation and defraud them of their cash by hook or by crook. The have absolutely zero sympathy and compassion and don’t understand the meaning of consumer rights at all.

In the meantime I’m still talking to my card security team about this stupid/unethical company leaving out of pocket despite not buying their product due to them selling me a wrong one in the first place.

wow, from beginning to end, the service and knowledge is amazing, the flights well organised and at great value too .... the overall package to India and the tour was really our Trip of a Lifetime.

We'd been looking for a perfect family holiday to Goa for ages and despite some searches online and the price were looking out of range. I explained him that we have fixed dates over the school Easter holidays, and we had some tight budget. He listened to what I wanted, and then in a very professional but chilled out style, He found an amazing deal with Qatar Airlways booked my trip to Goa. I got 3 nights accommodation in a 5star hotel, it was a superb hotel.

We were 5 friends traveling through India for the first time.We chose to book a tour of Rajsthan through Golden Triangle.We flew to Delhi by Virgin Atlantic through Mark the agent who works with Worldbesttravel.Guys i never heard this company name earlier so afraid to book , But when i spoke to Mark he gave me the assurance that we will give you the excellent servises as well as you will get value for money.Hotels were amazing, Local guide was very knowledgable.The driver was excellent,very competent,friendly and polite,not pushy at all. we had such a lovely time which is definately unforgettable trip of our life.Big Thanks to Mark.
