Excellent activity for families and not only. Very smart idea to explore a city. We bought accidentally two times and we got a refund within 5 minutes , impressive speed we have to admit by visiting their chat support

Explore on your own pace every city you visit. Very convenient way and customizable to learn a bit of history and solve a location based puzzle each time. Would recommend it to all. The app is easy to use.

I cannot recommend the App. I tried a tour in Torino, however the registration did not work. The customer service was not helpful but rather aggressive in his answers. I had paid 10 EUR and was not reimbursed, although the city tour never materialized.

1. Eine Aufforderung zur Rückzahlung der Gebühr für eine Leistung, die nicht erbracht wurde, ist keine Erpressung, sondern eine Aufforderung. Das Unternehmen ist dieser Aufforderung nicht nachgekommen.
2. Das Unternehmen verschweigt, dass in der Anmeldung auch meine E-Mail Adresse nicht angenommen wurde.
3. Im übrigen wiederhole ich meinen Rat, die Anmeldungsschritte so klar zu beschreiben, dass es keine Missverständnisse gibt. Es leuchtet zum Beispiel nicht ein, warum es für einen Vorgang drei verschiedene Nummern gibt.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I'm sorry your trail in Torino didn't go ahead as planned. Looking back at this exchange, I want to apologise, both for the registration difficulties you encountered and, more importantly, for the tone of our earlier response. That was not how we should have handled your concern, and it does not reflect how we want to treat any of our customers.
You're right that our registration flow can be confusing, particularly with multiple reference numbers involved, and your feedback on making the steps clearer is fair and useful. We're working on simplifying this.
I'd like to make this right. I've arranged a full refund of your booking, and if you'd ever consider trying a trail in another city, we'd be glad to offer it as our guest.
Good stop locations, good information given, horrible app.
The stops were great. It led us to many interesting points. My issue comes solely from the app. The interface is not intuitive, it continually crashed, it had to be restarted constantly, and there were features that weren’t able to be used due to the app malfunctioning.
Above is my first review of my experience. I left an honest review stating I liked the stops, but not the app which lead to a comment by the seller. My husband and I both have an eSIM to use our phones all over Europe. We used our data and did not connect to any wifi while in Colmar (we didn’t even know the city had its own WiFi. We only took a day trip here). The app did not work as intended. The creator left a comment saying we connected to city wifi and it was our fault the app did not work properly, but we followed all instructions and did as the app/trip advisor said. A simple apology for the struggle or no response rather than a snarky comment blaming us for not following the instructions even though we did exactly what we were told is a poor business move. I’ll try another scavenger hunt in a different city, but with a different seller and different app.
I have left an honest review of my experience during the app and after. I have not lied or tried to damage any business or reputation. I simply posted my experience, feelings, and thoughts. My first review I gave 3 stars, which is far from a scathing review. I lost one star after your response, which again, is my feelings on the matter. I’m sorry if you do not like hearing my experience of your app.

You're right that even when network issues are the root cause, that distinction doesn't matter to the customer in the moment — what matters is that your experience didn't work. We should have led with that recognition instead of arguing the technical point.
The feedback on the app interface is something we've heard from others, and we're actively working on improvements to make it more intuitive and stable. Thank you for taking the time to describe specifically what went wrong — that's genuinely useful to us.

Having already completed two (Valetta Malta, Venice Italy) of these "treasure hunts" (as my wife and I call them) and booked a third for next month (Amsterdam), I cannot recommend them enough. This is now our go-to for day one of any city break holiday. They are advertised as taking around 2 hours, but in our case we can make each one last most of the day because we are not in a hurry and like plenty of stops. By the end of day one, we have seen most of the important sites and know our way around + been well entertained, all for around a tenner.
The idea is that you pay around £10 for your chosen city, download the app, and when you get there enter the code from your booking confirmation email. The trail then starts! It will guide you to the start point (make sure you have Google maps on your phone too) and give you a simple clue, based on e.g. dates, faces, names on famous landmarks. You can ask for a hint or just give up, but they’re quite fun and easy. Ten landmarks later you are finished.
You get your bearings on the city while having fun searching for the clues, so thoroughly recommended 😊

Three cities done and Amsterdam booked — this genuinely made our day. Thank you for taking the time to write something so thorough. Repeat explorers are the best compliment we could ask for, and the fact that you've made these "day one" of every city break is exactly how we hoped people would use them.
Loved your description of the format too — you summed it up better than our own marketing does. And the "all-day instead of two hours" approach is the right one in our opinion; the trail is the excuse to wander, not a race.
Have a fantastic time in Amsterdam — the trail there takes you past some lovely canal-side spots that are easy to miss on a regular walk. If you ever want a city recommendation for trail number five, just shout.
We had great time in Verona using the app. Everything was smooth, we will try it in a different city as well for sure!
