It was good I found this agent online when I was searching for ticket to Ghana and it cheap compare to all oder source I went to.
Most important thing was, their customers are friendly and one that helped me was in the name of TWINKLE, she was so much helpful that I can't Ever imagine. She called me time to time to check if I got everything I need to travel and I was so pleased to call her again if am traveling.
Everybody should try them for a cheap tickets and mention the name TWINKLE for a great customer service.

The consultants were patient to deal with the changes on busy time of the season

Twinkle was a good person to walk me through the process even tho the price was different form the site but I understand they’re agency. She took her time for me to make the deposit until I got the full payment I really like her assistance.

Found this travel agency online and first time booked with them was nervous of how the tickets would arrive but Skylar had explained how it works and put my mind at ease. Any question or query I had was answered to straightaway. Had a few teething problems but Skylar immediately sorted it all out for. Will be back to book again from Skylar. A true gem for the company.

The booking of my flight was quite easy, I had a few minor problems
but victor who was dealing with my flight, sorted them out very
quickly and efficiently, Thank you Victor

Dealt with Spencer who was helpful and was given good price tickets.
Only downside was not knowing seat selection is not included in the price.

I was dealing with the customer representative called Twinkle who provided excellent customer service skills. Every time I would call she would always answer my calls, and I would always receive a call back when she said I would. Ticket took about a week to come through, however it came and verified.
I would recommend Twinkle to anybody booking with World Class Travels.

Happy with the service. Although this was my first time to use your organisation for acquiring E-Ticket on line, your Representative, Skylar was helpful and assisted with ensuring I was issued my ticket in time. I was concerned a bit with the delay in being issued the ticket but Skylar was able to put my mind at ease using his expertise by reassuring me that he was looking at my case and ensured I got the ticket in the end. I am not usually impressed by travel agents!...but I must say that Spencer of World Class Travels was exceptional....he acted quickly....found a perfect deal for me...was very helpful ..and delivered a fast and effective response to emails and phone calls ...I came across him by chance but would not hesitate to use him in the future..thank you Spencer

I first came across this agency when I was about to give up searching for flights to USA within my budget as they were going up like fire on the daily basis!! Suddenly I clicked on a website that guides one to various travel agencies and soon after clicking on World Class Travels I was chatting to JOSE!! Clicking on that website was the best thing at the right time! Jose was very polite, professional and extremely patient and calm! After talking through with him and getting the flights I wanted for a great price just under my budget, I had some problems with my computer and couldn’t follow certain procedures but soon, JOSE again would find another solution to my problem, and I had a few! At times when on the phone with him I had to ask him various times to hold on so to sort out situations with the kids at work and he was always very patient, at some point I thought he was going to hung up on me but he never did! It was the first time in many many years that I dealt with an agency for traveling and I was a bit skeptic but now I’m actually starting to think that getting back doing things in an old fashion way, like dealing with and agency instead of the web isn’t that bad at all, plus one can end up with a great deal and save quite a few hundred pounds!!
