I was fortunate enought to find CopperSmith during an internet search for a range hood and I could not be happier with my experience. From my first call with Austin I could tell I was talking to someone experienced in answering all of the concerns a novice like myself might have designing a custom range hood. His questions to me made sure that we were covering all of the intircacies of getting the hood to fit and operate properly. And the options afforded in terms of design style (shape color, size, trim , etc) we almost overwhelming. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations.

I filled in a form for samples, and instantly got an email from a real human offering a live call. When we got on the phone with Austin, he knew everything about our prior purchase from Coppersmith for our NYC apartment, our initial design idea for East Hampton, our designer's account with the company, etc. Moreover, Austin has great ideas and explained everything clearly. One of the fastest and best customer service experiences I've had in years.

Working with CopperSmith has been a refreshing experience. We needed a custom hood for our kitchen remodel and after researching several options we landed on the flexibility in design and features with CopperSmith. The sales and design teams have been nothing short of phenominal. We had several last minute changes which was not a problem. We didn't expect the team to be so proactive and anticipate next steps to finalize our project. It was refreshing! The entire process has instiled confidence with our decision to choose CopperSmith. They exceeded our expectations and they are extremely professional. I highly recommend CopperSmith.

Communication and Responsiveness were absolutely top notch! When I asked to see a slight change in the
CAD drawing it was done immediately. One time I even received the requested change well after normal business hours. This customer service made the design process flow in an efficient and timely manner.
This is the second custom hood I have bought from World Coppersmith and I have loved the results both times!

This company is so easy to work with, responsive and top-notch, old-fashioned great customer service. We purchased a copper vent hood and deep single-basin sink for our kitchen renovation. Everything was easy, the delivery was smooth, the items were packaged so carefully. The final product is exactly what I wanted, it’s a beautiful focal point in my new kitchen.

So far my experience with the sales and design, Associates has been fantastic. They were extremely helpful with all aspects of design consultation and walking me through your Internet process. Hopefully that pattern continues into the build process and shipping process.

As a seasoned Interior designer this is my 2nd time ordering with Copper Smith and I have had great experiences both times so far. I, along with my client were extremely happy with the ordering process and the product the first time around. The second time, I needed some additional assistance with details pertaining to the hood’s ventilation and have received the most outstanding help and supportfrom Austin Grambart, one of their territory managers. I look forward to the final result and to using this company for other projects in the future.

I purchased a freestanding copper tub called, “Melbourne”. It is brushed copper outside but nickel plated inside. I thought it was absolutely beautiful. It was on sale (approximately ($2,000), and purchased some years ago for our master bath remodel. We kept it in the house, wrapped in the soft cloth it came in and sitting on the styrofoam it came on. It came time to install and the nickel plating started flaking off. Never been used or wet. This was the what my bath would be built around. Now I knew why it was on sale. I was told they do not sell that Tub or work with the company that help to plate the nickel or make those tubs for them. My contractor was going to be at a standstill soon because my faulty tub could not be installed. It has been so upsetting and stressful. Even the quality of how they welded the tub to the base was awful and left much to be desired. I pleaded with Coppersmith. After back and forth conversations with customer service, they said they would give me a credit of $1,000. I said seeing how it’s past the one year warranty I would accept that resolution because at least I am not at a total loss. When I tried to use my credit of $1,000 on their website for something other than a tub…they quickly rescinded the offer and said you have to buy a replacement tub….all the tubs similar to mine are $8,000!! They said we can make the exact tub without nickel plating and give you $1,000 off so you pay $7,000. This is disgraceful and taking huge advantage of customers. I’m done with them and will never purchase from them again. I’m probably going to buy a new tub from Akicon once I get the funds together. I have no idea what to do with this faulty tub. They told me to find a nickel plating company and take it there. I called a few places and got laughed at because most huge companies nickel plate small car parts. Also this tub is huge and heavy so I would be paying for transport. It’s a nightmare.

I am an interior designer and worked with Austin several times now and wanted to share my thoughts on this company because they are fantastic to work with. Their product is craftsmanship at its finest. Their attention to detail along with their highly skilled staff reinforces your confidence in the investment you are making. And their customer service is very attentive to your needs. As a design professional you are only as good as the people you work with, and they are the best.

We love our stainless and brass rivited stove hood. The shop drawing process for our custom hood was helpful with staff knowledge discussions for informed decision making and coordination was spot on. Follow up service and support for install was efficient. We just had an issue (our fault) and Coppersmith resolved quickly and sent us a new part which I easily was able to install myself. So it took a bit longer than we had hoped to get it, but it arrived in impressive packaging - a well-made plywood crate with lots of padding. That tells me you have enough pride in your products to make sure they arrive in good shape. We just finished a renovation and I cannot tell you how many appliances and furniture arrived damaged. Well Done!

Annie in the service department responded within minutes. She seemed knowledgeable and provided a true sense of "I am here to help".

It has been a great experience; communication has been clear and the delivery went smoothly and was on time. The product looks exactly as we ordered it, we are thrilled!

We love then copper hood . . . it defines the kitchen! Installation was somewhat difficult for the uninitiated. Since Coppersmith supplied both the hood and fan, predrilled holes and screws would have been helpful. Keep up the good work.

The service that was provided was excellent. Annie was very helpful, consistently communicative and professional. Austin was very knowledgeable and professional during the sales process. The table is so solid and it seems that it will be a unique centerpiece that will last for decades. It is VERY heavy so one must keep that in mind when considering moving it in after curbside delivery and then any need to move it, like putting a run underneath. It will require several strong people to do this. In any case, I am very happy with the experience and the product. I highly recommend Coppersmith.

CopperSmith made ordering easy and clear. They provided CAD drawings showing exactly what was being made and we were even more impressed at the craftsmanship once it arrived to our site. The measurements needed to be precise and they were dead on. Thank you to the Coppersmith Team!
