The palo santo cones are not very good…
The palo santo cones are not very good compared to the incense sticks and palo sticks.
I emailed explained this, I got a reply saying thank you but no offer of returning the item or replacing the item despite me being a loyal customer. Not entirely happy with the service this time.

I was gifted a pack of 1.2 palo santo and oud incense sticks recently and I can honestly say they are the most delicious exquisite incense sticks I have ever hand. Most hurt my chest, these did not. Their scent was delicate and light and my front room still smells lovely this morning 🩷

Great Product, great service, their product are toxin-free and I also think they offer really good value for money. They only use natural ingredients and even packaging materials are sourced ethically and from sustainable sources as much as possible. I also like that their diffusers last a long time. I'm a very pleased customer and will continue to buy from them.

Wonderful incense
As usual, easy to order excellent quality products they smell absolutely beautiful. I’ve been buying them now for a few years will always go back excellent quality highly recommend.
