First off, the packaging is top notch! Second, the ingredients are like super DUPER clean! Third, I love the daily packs (especially AM and PM!) It’s too early to tell all the benefits. But I do notice, they do not upset my stomach when taken with or without food. I am taking them at lunch time vs with breakfast. I am not a breakfast person and lunch time fits my schedule better.
