Could not ask for a better experience, I come into the shop often and never have an issue. Customer service is always on point and the prices are very fair. Would definitely recommend.

Been to buy things plenty of times,always a nice welcome,plenty of stock to choose from,sweets,chocolate,drinks,all from different countries,definitely recommend if your looking for something new to try,there is also a website you can look at and get deliveries if your not local to retford.

I just want to state that the fine people working here have always been kind to me and treat me with the up most respect 10 outa 10 recommend to everyone

I ordered 6 bottles of Mexican coca cola from these people. I chased it up but no reply and it then arrived but three of the bottles were smashed. This happens sometimes so I sent them an email asking to be refunded. I took some pictures and advised they were included in the email but I forgot to attach them. I sent a further email and apologised, including the pictures.
A few days went by and I sent a chaser email. They claimed they were waiting on the pictures which I sent again. I then had an exchange of emails where I had to prove that I had sent the pictures. At one point they accused me of being dishonest and a fraudster. It was the most shocking email I have ever received from a company. When I proved them and provided all the evidence, they back tracked, said sorry but said that some people "try it on" as that was a reason for their deplorable and unprofessional behaviour. I asked for a complaint to be escalated to the manager which I was assured it would be. I have not heard anything from him/her. Today I received a short email telling me I was being refunded for the three bottles. No compensation for the postage or for the distress and inconvenience. NEVER again will use this company. I mean actually calls a customer a fraudster instead of checking their emails correctly. Yes, I made a mistake with the attachments but this was rectified within minutes. 30+ years in the Financial service industry and have never had my integrity questioned. What an appalling business this is.

Ordered mystery crisp box. Box came battered and 2 of the packs inside had burst open making them inedible. Emailed about it and recieved nothing back. Why crisps were packaged with no protection is beyond me. Wont be ordering again.

the one and only for new and imported candies!!

My experience here has always been great. I can get all my treats from back home that I miss and keep up to date with new items that release there still as Worldsnack always gets them in straight away like the new milky bars!!

Ordered £60 worth of stuff, order came with stuff missing, £40 mystery box isn’t worth £40 at all, wouldn’t waste money

I wrote about this company 7 days ago saying that I e mailed Worldsnacks about missing items and emails did not get there, that was my browsers fault,I since sent an email on my other email and they answered straight away , I would like to apologise to Worldsnacks for the bad review I gave them and they were very quick to send an apology to me and quickly sent the missing items ,so would like to withdraw my other review and give 5 stars to them for there quick help

Missing items, tried contacting several times, no response.

NOT GDPR COMPLIANT. Customer’s right to privacy being violated and customer data being used inappropriately. Your data is NOT safe with a company who breaches GDPR law. You really want to give your bank details to a company who breaches data laws? Just avoid this shop.

Ordered a few items, a tub of Pringles, two bags of sweets, and a few drinks.

Pros;
The package arrived quickly.

One of the items in my order was out of stock, and I got a quick refund for it (although I did not find out what said item was until the package arrived).

Decent selection on site.

Cons;

The skittles were a year out of date. (No mention of this on the item's page).

Prices are a little high when compared to other sites.
